It's great for use as an eyeliner! While I don't use it much these days, it used to be my daily go-to for eyeliner. It applies beautifully with a thin brush. Besides lining, it's also excellent for smudging and softening your eyeliner look. I didn't notice any downsides while using it, but I'm a bit disappointed with the ingredients list. I bought this for smudging my eyeliner. I've seen Risabae using it sometimes - check out her videos! It's much darker than I expected, making the lines look very intense. You can't really draw lines with it - you just have to use this alone. I got it from an outlet, which might explain why the sticker was put on upside down, haha!

I often use eyeshadow in this shade to fill in my hairline, and this one has the best staying power with no smudging. It lasts for hours without needing touch-ups. Even when I sweat or run my hand through my hair, it transfers much less than other brands. I've bought one for home and one for my makeup bag. To be honest, this experience made me realize the difference in quality between budget and high-end products. I'll definitely keep repurchasing this! The price, the price, the price... and it seems like it might break easily... This is a must-have item you'll use consistently. If you've been using cheaper options that keep disappearing, switch to this one.
