1) Contains minimal chemical ingredients 2) Wakes up to brighter skin in the morning, with improved texture Can't really think of any downsides Maybe the price is a bit high? Overall, I'm totally in love with it! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 1, 2019
I actually found the water-like texture refreshing and pleasant. I bought this hoping for quick brightening effects after getting a tan on vacation, and whether it was just my imagination or not, my complexion seemed to recover faster when using this product! There's a slight tingling sensation if you apply it after exfoliating or rubbing your face vigorously while cleansing. But honestly, I didn't find any major drawbacks. I've heard that due to its high vitamin content, applying this in the morning when you'll be in the sun can actually increase the risk of tanning. So I'd recommend using it only at night. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 6, 2018
I loved how it absorbs instantly without feeling sticky! Some say its watery texture isn't great, but I actually preferred that - it absorbs so well! The soothing effect and absorption are top-notch. The results aren't particularly impressive considering the price. I've been using it for a month, but the brightening effect is underwhelming so far. It worked well when applied after smoothing the skin texture with toner. Be careful not to get it in your eyes as it can cause a slight tingling sensation. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDec 6, 2017
It absorbs well into the skin without feeling sticky like some oil-based products I'm not sure if it really has any brightening effects. Also, the consistency is a bit too thin - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSep 30, 2017
The product definitely showcases the typical characteristics of vitamin C. There was a slight tingling sensation, and even the taste was noticeable. Given the somewhat premium price, I had certain expectations... Unfortunately, the results didn't quite live up to them. - we********Combination SkinOct 13, 2016
This review is based on using about half the bottle! The serum has a water-like consistency that absorbs well into the skin. It's fragrance-free but does have a slight tint. I accidentally got some on my lips and tasted it - wow, it's quite tart! It really tastes like concentrated vitamin C. I'm not sure if all the vitamins will be fully absorbed by the skin, but... The day after using this, my skin feels incredibly soft and smooth. Since it's slightly acidic, it seems to have a gentle exfoliating effect on dead skin cells. I'd say there's a 55% chance I'll repurchase. I was hoping for immediate brightening effects, but there's no instant whitening. In fact, right after application, my face looks slightly orange due to the serum's color! It works great when used together with the Hydro product. - hy****Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJun 23, 2016
I'm using it for its anti-inflammatory properties. It stings a bit, but it's effective and absorbs well into the skin. The brightening effect is practically non-existent... I bought it because I heard vitamin C was good for the skin, but it's not doing much. My hyperpigmentation remains unchanged. I thought maybe applying it with my hands wasn't effective, so I even tried using a high-frequency device, but it made no difference.
