Used for over a year. It's hard to find something positive... Hmm, what could there be? I regret not switching to another product sooner. I need to strengthen my skin barrier... It's my fault for only discovering Hwahae now... - kh*****Combination SkinFeb 10, 2019
The bottle design. And it was free as a gratis item? Why does this make my face so red? My skin became sensitive, and after applying it several times with my hands, my face turned as red as a radish. What ingredients did they put in this? My skin was tingling, but I thought it was just due to lack of hydration, so I ignored it. But as time passed, I was shocked to see my entire face turn red. This product is supposed to be calming, but now my face is a disaster. Since I got it for free, I'll just throw it in the trash without complaining. The scent is milder than propolis, which I'm used to at this level. The photo was taken right after washing my face and applying aloe gel. I wish I had taken a picture when it was bright red at first... Still, it's very flushed. Just like the ad says, my face turned apple-red. If you really want to try it, make sure to test with a sample or small size first. The best tip is not to use it at all. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinDec 30, 2017
The groom is currently using the product. Previously, he used the Camellia Leaf Toner, but it was discontinued, so I contacted the customer service and was recommended this product. The groom says he likes this one too. By the way, the groom still has some acne on his face, but the difference between using it regularly and skipping a few days is quite noticeable. The volume? I'm using the Skin Balancing Toner, and in comparison, the volume is a bit disappointing. - fl******Combination SkinSensitive SkinNov 19, 2017
It does calm down the skin. I used it when my skin troubles were severe! The smell... is quite unpleasant. The smell is so bad that I don't want to repurchase it. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 14, 2017
As someone with combination skin, I feel like this product wasn't too matte and was actually quite decent. It seems a bit dry to use in the winter. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 25, 2017
The container is so pretty~!! Using it gives a sense of cleanliness, as if something is being sterilized? I bought it because it was a Calm Relief, but why is it so irritating? The smell is also strange, and there's a bit of a foamy thing, and when I use it, my face feels tight and turns red! I used this product, which was supposed to soothe, but it ended up needing soothing itself, what a strange product. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 23, 2016
It's great for sensitive skin as it's gentle and non-irritating. The volume is small and the fragrance isn't great. But it's probably better for the skin than artificially adding beneficial ingredients. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 17, 2016
Since I bought it at an event price, I feel less regretful about the money spent. Although the smell is hard to tolerate at first, it doesn't go away after a while as I had hoped. And the area where I applied the product becomes reddish and flushed, but it doesn't develop into acne or anything. But my face turns so red that I'm shocked when I look in the mirror - I'm not sure if I should say it's swelling. I thought it would only be that way briefly, like when I first used it, but after applying it, my face keeps getting redder and redder to the point where I have to rinse it off with water. I trusted Pola Choice and tried to use it, but it's a failure. I bought it because it said it reduces redness, but I experienced the opposite. If you don't like the pungent smell of cosmetics or if you don't want your face to get even redder, you should carefully consider and test it before purchasing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 11, 2016
Before the product was named a toner, the redness product I used was fine... I used the redness product that was said to be good for redness after shaving, even though it had a strange smell, because I trusted it.. On the first day of using it, my face became very red, as if from the deep dermis layer.. The redness lasted for two hours.. Why? Wasn't it supposed to reduce redness? I didn't see any warnings about incompatible ingredients when using it together.. Even when I just applied two Physiogel products, the same thing happened.. I'm not that sensitive, but is it just me? Numb your sense of smell - sb****Combination SkinSensitive SkinOct 6, 2016
It seems to be a fairly mild and unremarkable product, even though I'm sensitive to complex formulas. It's not particularly good or bad, and there's nothing particularly disappointing about it.
