Never say never... There are many similar colors in my lipstick case, but this color is the only one of its kind. When I just looked at the color, it was not common but very pretty... Similar colors have become boring now, so I quickly bought this color that I wanted to try something new.😃 Never say never is... a pinkish purple? A deep pink with a purple tone? Well, it's a color like that...🤣 The swatch photo I attached came out a bit darker, but compared to the swatch photo with Damned, the color of Never say never shown in the swatch photos of all the NARS lip pencil colors I have is closer to the actual color... However, the last photo also failed to capture the beautiful detailed color of Never say never...ㅜㅜ It's a really uncommon and charming color. The NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil... All the colors blend smoothly and evenly with a natural, subtle feel. When applied on the lips, it looks more natural and pretty than the swatch on the back of the hand... It's a really well-made lip product.^^ Other matte lip products can have strong pigmentation and a thick, sticky feel, but this product has natural color payoff and a smooth, comfortable application, so even those who are hesitant about matte lips can use it well. It doesn't emphasize flaky lips as much as other matte lip products, but it's still best to exfoliate your lips before applying.^^ Never say never is famous as a summer lip color, right? I also often wear it when I want to add a pop of color in the summer. It looks pretty on its own, but I sometimes also apply Damned with it. I apply Never say never all over the lips and then put Damned in the inner part of the lips, and it looks nice. Damned is also a velvet matte lip color with a purplish wine tone. When sharpening, seeing the color being shaved off along with it is so sad...ㅜㅜ

Pros

This is the Yeokul daily lip product! I've heard so many good things about how beautiful the lip color is when you apply it. I think this is my 8th stick now haha The color is truly, truly lovely to me♡

Cons

After applying, my lips do get a bit dry, which is a bit disappointing. It seems to be due to the texture. So I always make sure to apply a lip base as well. My lips tend to get flaky quite often.

Tip

I recommend the MAC Prep + Prime lip base bbb

Pros

(Depending on each person's natural lip color) This product, which has a strong purple tint when swatched on the back of the hand, applies as a perfect MLBB (My Lips But Better) shade on my summer cool-toned lips. Pros

The formula glides on smoothly and has decent longevity. The most important thing is the color! It's a purple with a hint of pink and a slight shimmer - the color is really beautiful!! It's a purple that's not too bold and has a subtle, wearable feel to it~ The ingredients are also better than other Nars lip pencils.

Cons

The issue with the Nars lip pencil is... it's a shame to have to sharpen it...the price is too expensive...

Pros

Even though my skin is on the darker side, the color blends in well and applies smoothly, which I really like. I'm not too familiar with the ingredients, though.

Cons

If you apply foundation or concealer on your lips, it tends to slide off and doesn't go on well. Before bed, make sure to apply a generous amount of lip balm for smooth, flake-free lips.

Pros

This is not a common color. It's a slightly deep pink with a lot of violet tones. It also seems to have a hint of gray... And I usually don't like matte lipsticks, but this one applies smoothly and feels comfortable on the lips.

Cons

This color isn't bad, but it doesn't really suit me perfectly, so I'm not particularly fond of it. And I find it inconvenient to have to sharpen it.

The photos you uploaded look like the color is well captured! When applied, it has a purplish? Violet? Shimmering effect that really suits people with slightly darker or chocolate-toned skin tones!!! Wearing it in the summer makes it look cool, and in the fall it looks warm - the color is truly a great one.

Cons

The ingredients...haha... Are lip products usually like this?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ They're not very gentle...

Since it's a matte product, you shouldn't use it when your lips have peeling skin. But don't apply a glossy lip balm first either, or the color payoff won't be as good! Personally, I think it looks best when applied directly on bare lips.

I don't know why this isn't more well-known. It's so pretty! Since it's matte, those concerned about lip flakiness can just exfoliate and apply it. The color is lovely, a pinkish purple of sorts.

I'm still not sure. The hassle of having to sharpen a pencil? Eh, it's not that bad.
