I bought and started using a silicone-free and paraben-free product from the store based on those claims. I'm the type who pays attention to ingredients because of scalp itchiness, and the itchiness was gone. The lather is good, and the shampoo has a slightly thick, creamy texture. One pump produces enough rich lather to cover my shoulder-length hair, and it rinses out cleanly. True to its 'recovery' name, my hair feels softer even after shampooing.
ConsAs expected, the more a product touts being silicone-free, the more you need to scrutinize the other ingredients. While it is silicone-free, paraben-free, and dye-free, it's a pearlescent white liquid, and the ingredient list has pretty much everything else you'd find in a shampoo. So there aren't any obviously harmful components, but it's still a conventional shampoo formula.
TipThe shampoo is a bit thick, so I've been trying to create the lather in my hands rather than directly massaging it into my hair and scalp. But about a third of the pumped-out shampoo ends up disappearing that way. There aren't any special tips for using this shampoo, but even though it's silicone-free and paraben-free, extensively massaging it into the scalp for a long time isn't ideal. It's probably best to alternate using this with other shampoos that have a higher natural ingredient content for healthier hair.

The price is affordable.
ConsI think it's because the ingredients aren't good, but after using this, I got a ton of pimples on my scalp and my scalp got really red... I thought it was because of stress, but after switching to Pantene, my pimples have calmed down a lot... I don't recommend this... I'm just going to throw it away.

And a little goes a long way, creating a lot of lather. I'm currently using my second bottle.
ConsThere were only good points, so there's nothing disappointing.

ConsI think this is the culprit behind my stubborn acne. I'm currently taking medication for contact dermatitis, and after researching, the ingredients don't seem great. Sensitive skin types should take note.

At first, I was skeptical about the 'Recovery Damage Care' claim, but it did help soften my damaged hair and even improved my hair loss that was caused by the coloring process. That's why I've continued using it. While the lather was rich even with a small amount, the shampoo scent was a bit weak, and the softness wasn't quite as good as some other damage care shampoos. However, my hair didn't get greasy easily after using this shampoo, and considering the price and volume, it's a pretty good shampoo overall.
ConsAfter using it for over 2 years, I don't really have any major complaints. Some say the ingredients may cause allergies, but I haven't experienced any scalp irritation or adverse reactions. The ingredients may not be the best, but other than that, I don't have any significant issues with this product.
