Pros
I've used up about 3 bottles of this beloved product, which is 30ml each. Even when my skin barrier was compromised and my skin was in a bad state, applying just this product helped improve it within a week. I plan to keep repurchasing it in the future. The formula is watery and flows easily, and in my opinion, it spreads beautifully.
Cons
Oily skin types may find this product a bit heavy. But in my experience, I don't have any complaints!

It was easy to apply as it was between sticky and watery. I usually have my skin flipping over when I can't sleep, but after switching to this ampoule, it didn't happen anymore. It's great that it contains a lot of panthenol!
Cons
It's a bit expensive considering the volume... But Sidmool gave a lot of free gifts, so it was fine.

My sensitive skin has been doing well lately. My skin used to get irritated and go haywire all the time ㅜㅜ After using it for about 2 weeks, I feel like the redness has subsided a bit and the inner dryness is slowly improving~
Cons
I wish there was a slightly larger size ㅎㅎㅎ The one I'm using now is bigger than this, but it would be great if there was an even larger size.

Everyone knows how great panthenol is, right? Since my skin is so sensitive and prone to irritation, I discovered this product while searching for panthenol products. It's been great to use it on its own or mixed with other products.
Cons
