The scent is barely noticeable, and it has a consistency similar to an essence. The dropper-type packaging allows for hygienic use. It absorbs quickly and feels comfortable on the skin. After application, there's a slight feeling of the skin being coated, which suggests good hydration, but those with oily skin might find it a bit heavy. Overall, I'm satisfied.
ConsAs someone with slightly oily skin, I find it a bit heavy. Keep that in mind.

I can't say there was anything particularly impressive about it.
ConsIt's so sticky that I absolutely can't use it on its own. Even though I have dry skin, it feels suffocating. I tried mixing it with my moisturizer, but it's such a hassle that I end up not using it at all.

I highly recommend it to those looking for a panthenol-rich product for their skincare routine.
ConsThe texture is quite viscous and can feel a bit sticky, which might be uncomfortable for some. If you have oily skin, you may want to think twice before purchasing.
TipInstead of using it alone, try mixing a drop or two with your regular emulsion or cream. This helps reduce the stickiness and makes it more comfortable to apply.

My basic skincare routine is complete with just toner + hydrating gel or Dr. Troub Water Essence + two drops of the Panthenol Ampoule
ConsIf you have oily skin, using more than two drops might feel a bit heavy

If I notice any effects, I'll update my review (otherwise, it'll stay at 2 stars). I have oily skin prone to seborrheic dermatitis and acne. I didn't buy this for deep dryness, but because I heard it helped with seborrheic dermatitis. The immediate benefit I noticed was... no new blemishes? Update 10/24: Changing from 2 stars to 4 stars As I mentioned in the 'cons' section, I started using panthenol in mid-September when fall began. After using it until today, I'm pleased with the results. It's gentle on my skin. Using this made me understand why we need to adjust our skincare routine with the seasons. When it got cooler in autumn, using aloe gel alone made my skin too sensitive and dry! Unlike the heavy feeling I experienced in summer, now it feels just like applying a serum. Most importantly, it balanced my skin's oil and moisture perfectly. The biggest benefit: While it hasn't completely cured my seborrheic dermatitis, I've seen some improvement! My face is less itchy, doesn't redden as easily, and seems healthier overall. I'm not sure if it's entirely due to this product, but I felt a positive effect, even if it might be partly placebo!
ConsIt's sticky! This makes my skin feel suffocated. Especially for those with seborrheic dermatitis, adding something that feels heavy on your itchy face is not good. It's quite oily. As someone with very oily skin, I've been getting through summer with just foam cleanser-toner-aloe gel, adding a drop of face oil for slight deep dryness. I got excited and tried this product, but it feels even oilier than face oil. We all know balancing oil and moisture is crucial for all skin types. In summer, my skin type produces excess oil, making my complexion look dull. I mixed just two drops of panthenol with aloe, and even on the back of my hand, it felt incredibly oily - like turning a soothing gel into an emulsion. If you have particularly oily skin, you might want to skip this. + Update 8/10 I was too scared to use it alone. One drop mixed in was perfect for morning water cleansing, but at night after foam cleansing, even one drop left my skin feeling a bit tight (it's like using face oil). I'm not sure if it's acne or blemishes (are they the same?), but about three red, pimple-like spots appeared. I don't know if it's because of the panthenol, but the oil-moisture balance doesn't seem right, so I've decided to stop using it for now in summer. I'll try again in autumn and update! If you have very oily skin, just don't use this in summer. + Update 10/24 As the weather cooled, I tried panthenol again. Initially, even mixed with aloe gel, I felt some dryness. Maybe my skin couldn't adapt well due to the changing seasons. So I used it alone for about 2 weeks. I used it without major issues, but I felt like my skin was getting slightly red, so I stopped using it alone. Now I'm mixing it with aloe gel and using it that way! Also, it doesn't seem to make blemishes disappear. While it's good for seborrheic dermatitis, it's not a functional cosmetic for acne. It's just gentle and helps with skin barrier recovery!
TipI don't have any special tips, but... I plan to experiment more in the future: Mixing 1 drop, using it alone, etc. If I find any good effects or if it works better in cooler temperatures, I'll update later. + Update 10/24 Morning routine: Water cleansing - Dokdo toner - Aromatica gel alone OR Aromatica + 1 drop of panthenol Evening routine: Dokdo foam cleanser - Dokdo toner - Aromatica gel + 2 drops of panthenol When used alone, I noticed some redness. The number of drops to mix isn't fixed - it depends on your skin's oil-moisture balance! Because I have very oily skin, even Aromatica + panthenol doesn't leave me feeling dry. If you have normal skin, you shouldn't use more panthenol, but instead use a cream or emulsion for hydration! Even using more panthenol didn't improve the hydration effect.

After experimenting, I found a great combination and ended up finishing the whole bottle. The most noticeable effect was its regenerative power. When I used it on a blemish that was starting to heal, I noticed for the first time how a cosmetic product could dramatically speed up the healing process. I had a huge blemish under my eyebrow (the annoying kind that's hard underneath and can't be squeezed). Though it improved slightly with some care, it left an unsightly red mark. Since this ampoule has a short shelf life, I hesitantly mixed it with my hydrating essence and applied it. Amazingly, just 3-4 hours later, I looked in the mirror and the mark had significantly faded! Since then, I've been mixing it into my hydrating essence, and it works wonders.
ConsOn its own, this product really didn't suit me. It felt suffocating, like my face was wrapped in plastic, and caused blemishes to appear. Mixing it with cream had the same effect... I'm not sure if it's an ingredient incompatibility or something else, but my skin texture became bumpy (a side effect I experience when skincare doesn't agree with me) and all sorts of blemishes popped up.
TipSurprisingly, when mixed with a simple hydrating essence, it doesn't cause any blemishes and seems to actually help clear them up. Later, I found it worked well for me, so I even poured it directly into the essence bottle. However, the moisturizing effect is significantly reduced. This ampoule originally provided immediate relief for deep dryness, and while I miss that instant effect, I'm satisfied with its non-irritating formula and excellent regenerative properties, despite the lack of that suffocating feeling.
