It seems to be quite effective when you have some kind of skin trouble or acne-like issues. It's a bit tough to get used to the scent at first. After applying it, my sister complains that the smell is weird. - yk****Dry SkinSep 7, 2017
The only good thing is that the price is cheap, but there's nothing else. The fragrance is somewhat like caramel, and it's just incredibly unique, but it's a real ordeal for me. It stings my eyes when I apply it. It also irritates my nose. I can't bring myself to throw it away, so I'm slathering it all over my body. - un********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsJul 7, 2017
I've purchased 3 bottles of this product and have been using it. In the winter, applying it after skin lotion prevents excessive sebum production and works well. If it feels a bit heavy in the summer, you can use aloe gel lotion to reduce the oily feeling and it works great. I'm using it to balance oil, not to provide moisture. But after applying it, there's no greasy or heavy feeling on the face at all. I'm glad it's good because of the DMAE. But I was a bit surprised when I first saw the ingredients on Hwahae. I had some unavoidable acne due to hormones or late-night snacks, but I felt my skin was relatively stable. I bought Stridex from iHerb and applied it morning and night, but this cream also had vitamins... It turns out I was using incompatible products together for over a year, which was very irritating. There seem to be a lot of unfavorable ingredients, so I think I need to switch to a different product. It says on the purchase site that you can apply it before makeup, but if you do, it pills. And if you apply too much, it can feel stuffy, but just a small amount makes the skin feel smooth and supple! However, you should not use it together with products containing acidic ingredients like Stridex!!! I've been doing that all this time... I should apply it to my body instead.
