After applying, it makes my skin feel moisturized and I think it has some brightening effects too. The hydration effect doesn't seem to be exceptionally outstanding. Also, since it's oil-based, if you don't let it absorb properly in the morning, makeup doesn't adhere well. The oil layer separates, so you need to shake it vigorously. It gives a nice glow and feels moisturizing. I liked that it was a clean product from Finland... But what's this... It contains too many harmful ingredients. I even ordered it directly from Finland because I thought it was good. I was so excited about how pretty it made my skin look and how it gave me a glow. I even shook it well before use... It absorbs quickly, making it suitable even for oily skin types! The scent is as refreshing as its color, giving you that feeling of getting a vitamin boost. It's inconvenient that you need to shake it before use, and it tends to squirt out when you press the pump. I've gone through about seven bottles of this product. For the past year, I've mainly been applying it right after cleansing. Even when I try other products briefly, I often find they don't suit me, so I keep coming back to this one. You really have to shake it vigorously to mix the two layers well. Even with all that effort, it's hard to get an even mix of yellow and pink. The yellow oil always comes out in excess, so by the end, you're left with just the pink part.

Easy to use without feeling heavy. Great for quick makeup application. Despite being an oil serum, it doesn't darken the skin. Perfect for summer perhaps? They added colorants to visualize the dual-layer separation. Annoying artificial colors! It's just a light oil, nothing more. Lacks hydration. Disappointing. I can't pinpoint why, but I definitely notice a difference when I use it versus when I don't. My skin feels noticeably more hydrated and my complexion appears brighter. I often mix Knox oil with my makeup, and when I first applied this, it felt like it was really filling in my skin! It was winter, so I needed a lot of hydration... With the added vitamin ingredients, it had a refreshing feel despite being rich, making my skin feel revitalized. It's fine to use before bed, but before makeup, you need to spread it evenly for better makeup application. Because of the oil content, it can sometimes pill when mixed with other cosmetics... After applying this and doing my makeup, I noticed it kept my skin hydrated without any deep dryness, even when facing harsh winter winds! It seems to brighten my complexion too. The product itself is extremely rich, so if you don't let it absorb fully, your makeup will pill like crazy... haha... oh boy. I wouldn't recommend it for busy mornings. It's also tricky to control the right amount when pumping - one pump was too much for me. Plus, I'm not a fan of overly rich products, so I don't reach for it often. This product is so amazing that I can apply it right after washing my face without any feeling of tightness. I've loved it so much that I've purchased and used 9 bottles. However, after checking the Hwahae app and seeing some potentially concerning ingredients, I'm feeling a bit uneasy. Even though I have oily skin, I love that it doesn't make my face greasy. It also seems to calm my blemishes. The ingredients aren't great, unfortunately. The packaging is also inconvenient to use.
