I bought it on sale. The formula is thicker than water, so there's no waste.

Pros
I bought other products from Isoi and they sent me some samples I tried the 8ml samples for free and they are complete lifesavers (continued below)
Cons
I applied it without any doubts for 3 days, but my eyebrows became eyebrows..‼️ When I woke up, the eyebrow area felt stiff, if I may say so. Since the skin surface felt dry beyond dryness, with a 'hardened' sensation, I thought maybe I didn't cleanse thoroughly enough. The next day, being a holiday, I was staying in without any makeup on, and after washing my face, I applied this skin toner, but my eyes stung, so I washed my face again. I won't be using it again. Although I have dry skin, it's usually resilient, so I'm puzzled. Maybe it's because I applied a product for sensitive skin, even though I'm not sensitive.

Pros
There were no good points. I developed skin issues and the price is more expensive than other brands, but I bought it because it's made with natural ingredients, yet it doesn't suit me at all.
Cons
It's expensive and at first, it felt nice and dense, but every time I applied it, it would sting, and eventually, I ended up getting acne. And I even developed noticeable flaky skin on my nose, which I didn't have before. Individual differences exist, so it's unavoidable, but since it's an issue with my face, I'm really upset about it.

The only positive thing I can say is that it's made with natural ingredients?
Cons
After using this product, my skin became irritated and bumpy. I'm a fan of Aesop products, but this one is not recommended! Also, I feel that Aesop products are quite overpriced... Most of their products have cheap glycerin as the main ingredient, you know... But I still buy them when they're heavily discounted, never at full price though.

Pros
Isoi products are really good as they don't contain any artificial fragrances, yet the scent is wonderful. It has a refreshing lemon and leaf-like aroma that is quite pleasant. As someone sensitive to scents, I was very satisfied. I feel good every time I use it. (The fragrance has good longevity and a subtle, pleasant quality.) The texture is watery, smooth, moisturizing, and clean, which I liked. It doesn't work quickly, but it gradually calms down the reddened skin after cleansing. Even though I have a combination skin type, applying this alone didn't leave my skin feeling dry.
Cons
The 'Sensitive Tonic' name suggests it may not have enough power to soothe sensitive skin. Right after using it, or a few minutes later, it seems to make blemishes more noticeable or cause new ones to appear. I just started using it, so it could be my own misconception, but I'll have to use it more to know for sure. The ingredients are good, but it seems a bit pricey.

After cleansing, my skin felt dry and sensitive, quickly becoming flushed and blotchy. But when I switched to a sensitive skin toner, the situation seemed to improve. While it has a slightly slippery feel, it absorbs quickly without any heaviness or discomfort.
Cons
At first, the sensitive areas seemed to be getting better, but the effectiveness seemed to diminish depending on the next product I used... I don't feel like I've seen consistent results, as there was a clear effect initially, but it seemed to decline over time.

After cleansing, I use it directly in the bathroom, and it doesn't feel tight or irritating. It's great for applying after extracting inflamed acne, as it doesn't sting.
Cons
As with other Isoi products, the cost-effectiveness is decent. I was lucky to stock up when they were offering a 20% discount online for the launch. The fact that it contains fewer chemicals is good... The ingredients are nice.

As I'm pregnant, I was looking for a low-irritation, chemical-free cosmetic product, so I ended up purchasing this. Even though it's free of all these bad ingredients and is natural... When I applied it to the back of my hand and face, my hand started to sting and feel hot, and my face became itchy and had some breakouts. I spent a lot on this sensitive line...😢 Since it's a natural product, some people with allergies may have a reaction. Be sure to test it out for a few days before purchasing...😢
