Dry skin just rushes to buy it.... Looking at the ingredients, it's a pass and even just applying it once with my hands, it's not dry but moisturized. As soon as I apply it, it doesn't play separately from my skin but sticks right on and gets absorbed. Because of the dryness or the imbalance of oil and moisture, I had a lot of milia on my face, but after caring for it with the Skin Tonic-Cicaplast, they all went away! This is one of the essential toners I use. I have contact dermatitis, and no matter how carefully I choose my cleansing products, my skin still gets a bit red after wiping off my makeup. But this product quickly calms the redness and soothes my sensitive skin. At first, I was worried about the non-penetrating formula, but using it, I found that it actually provides better hydration and soothing. When I gently pat it on with a cotton pad, the treated areas become calm. I use a different toner in the morning and only use this one at night to soothe my skin, provide some hydration and a bit of nourishment. It does all this without any irritation. I haven't had any breakouts, and my skin stays soft and dewy over time. This is a great toner for sensitive skin types. I love all the Isoi toner products, but this one is the best for gently calming redness and dermatitis.
