To be honest, I'm not entirely sure about this product. However, it does have one amazing advantage - it doesn't crumble and fall off as it dries. This allows for a clean application. The texture is jelly-like with a nice bounce to it, and it applies softly. I wish I could say more positive things, but after using it, I'm left feeling a bit indifferent, so I'll leave it at that. Soothing... pore tightening...? I'm not convinced. While it didn't dry out my skin, when I use other clay masks (like Doljin or Jeju Yoona's), I can immediately see some reduction in my blemishes. But with this one, I'm just not sure... What exactly is it supposed to do? Honestly, I can't recommend it because I don't even know what to feel about it. It's similar to the DHC AC Pink Mask. I'm at a loss here. For those who experience more blemishes after using clay masks, try using a sponge to thoroughly remove any residue. As for the silicone pack brush that comes with it, I find myself having to clean it with my nails after each use, so I've given up and just apply it with my hands instead. - su*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 21, 2017
* The texture of the mask feels nice (it's like pudding!) * The color of the mask is pretty * It has a tightening effect (similar to a charcoal mask) * There aren't any beneficial effects (the mask actually made my face more red) * If you want to tighten and treat your face, use this mask along with Origins' Out of Trouble (check out the photo for reference) - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 21, 2017
With the change of seasons, I kept getting small blemishes, so I decided to buy this. At first, I thought the cooling sensation was nice, but now I'm confused because more blemishes are appearing... They said it wouldn't be drying, but as it sets, it really pulls on my skin. It's not unbearable, but it sets quite quickly. Also, after using it for the fourth time, the area above my upper lip became really itchy, and after washing it off, I noticed a small blemish had appeared. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 4, 2017
It seems to cause almost no irritation to the skin! I've tried all three types, and this one feels the softest and most gentle. It's so soft that it's difficult to apply with a brush... - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 2, 2016
I really liked the design. The scent was also quite pleasant. I had high hopes for its effectiveness, but alas! The more I used it, the more I found myself questioning its benefits. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinOct 16, 2016
I can't say I noticed anything particularly good or bad about it. Maybe because I haven't used it for long. What I did like was the pink color and the pleasant pudding-like texture. And since it's a Memebox brand, the packaging is quite pretty! I'm not sure if it's effective at absorbing excess sebum, which is the most important aspect. It does feel quite tight after application, though thankfully without any flaking. I can't tell if this tightness actually leads to pore reduction. Still, if you have oily skin, it might be worth trying! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 17, 2016
After using this mask and washing it off, my complexion brightens up. With consistent use, I've noticed a significant fading of my acne scars. I'm still using it diligently every day as part of my daily mask routine. As it dries, it tends to make my skin feel quite tight. I didn't really get the sense that it was absorbing excess oil as claimed. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJun 22, 2016
I tried this sample and was amazed by its unique texture. The solid mud chunks melted like ice cream, transforming into a liquid that spread with a hydrating feel. The application process was quite intriguing! When applying, my face felt hot and tingly, similar to using a numbing cream. I was worried it might be too harsh on my skin, but decided to wait it out. After a while, the tingling subsided and was replaced by a refreshing sensation, with the mud tightening as it dried. Post-cleansing, I didn't notice a significant improvement in sebum removal. While it did bring some sebum to the surface, it didn't completely eliminate it, so I had to use a cleansing oil to dissolve the remaining sebum. After one use, I'm unsure of its effectiveness, but the intense irritation and burning sensation make me hesitant to purchase it. - do******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJun 11, 2016
I received this product as a pre-launch sample with another purchase. When applied by hand, it absorbs well. I recall seeing a blog review mentioning no skin tightness, but I experienced significant deep dryness while using the mask. Honestly, at this price point, I don't think it's necessary to buy this mask. I didn't notice any remarkable improvements. Edit: It's supposed to have a cooling effect, but I actually felt a momentary burning sensation instead.
