The application isn't particularly smooth... There's a white cast initially, but it disappears after about a minute. I have milia and itching, and this product has helped a lot!! While it doesn't completely eliminate milia, it definitely seems to reduce their occurrence. I have extremely sensitive skin and can't use just any emulsion, but this is a product I've been using for years. I'm using this product without any major complaints. There's a bit of a white cast, but it's worth it for how well it suits my sensitive skin. It works well when used together with the skin toner and propolis ampoule from Dr. Deep. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 30, 2024
When applied to dry skin, it provides a boost of hydration! It's a bit on the richer side, so those with oily skin might find it a tad heavy. Overall, it's a decent emulsion for everyday use. Even with my super sensitive skin, I didn't experience any major blemishes. I found it particularly effective when I had patches of itchy skin - almost like an allergic reaction. Applying this before bed brought quick relief. While not dramatically effective, I also saw some improvement when using it on skin tags on my neck! It's famous for being gentle enough for children, so I used it for quite a while. However, after checking the ingredient list on Hwahae, I realized it's not made entirely of mild ingredients as I had thought... When applied with hands, it tends to spread with a white cast and doesn't absorb quickly into the skin. However, it applies much better when using a makeup sponge! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinFeb 22, 2023
It absorbs well and is gentle on the skin. I bought it because it's supposed to help with skin conditions, though I haven't noticed any dramatic improvements. Unlike some creams that can irritate the eye area, this one doesn't cause any itching. It also doesn't cause any blemishes. The price is quite high, and I'm not a fan of the scent. I hope they improve on that aspect. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 28, 2020
I bought this for my flat warts. It's been about a week since I started using it. When I apply it, it feels itchy at first but becomes tolerable. After a few days, I noticed the size of the warts has decreased. I'll keep using it until they're completely gone. I didn't check Hwahae before buying, so it's disappointing to find out there are some ingredients to be cautious about. But if it can get rid of the flat warts, the benefits outweigh the drawbacks... I'm applying it frequently whenever I think about it (more than 10 times a day, almost every 2-3 hours). I've researched flat warts and learned there are highly contagious active types and non-active types. Active types respond to immune therapy, while non-active types don't respond and are less contagious, but can spread if the immune system weakens. After using it for a few weeks, I feel there's a limit to how much cosmetics can help, and it seems hit-or-miss. Some warts responded, but others didn't. Perhaps because I applied it so frequently, the skin around the warts became inflamed. I ended up having the non-responsive warts removed at a clinic. However, removing active warts can cause them to spread, so immune therapy might be more helpful... It's best to consult a specialist for proper treatment. For those looking to remove flat warts, CO2 laser or acupuncture at a reputable, affordable clinic can be good options. Post-treatment care is crucial, so follow the clinic's instructions carefully. I've tried expensive lasers, CO2 lasers, and acupuncture removal. I'm sharing this from personal experience, hoping it might be of some help. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinApr 15, 2020
First off, my skin is dry, atopic, sensitive, and I even have eczema. As I've gotten older, I've developed skin allergies I never had before. Even prescription ointments weren't helping, so when I heard this was good for eczema, I decided to give it a try. I have vesicular eczema on my fingers, and after applying this, I didn't feel itchy that night and slept comfortably. For those with eczema or atopic skin, dryness can cause unbearable itching, but this product really reduced the itchiness. Amazingly, overnight my fingers became so smooth - I thought I had applied a prescription cream! The texture is smooth and easy to apply. It's fragrance-free and adheres well to the skin without feeling greasy, yet it doesn't feel dry either. I started using it just on my fingers, then on all my eczema spots, and now even on my face - it creates such a soft skin texture. It seems to be a gentle product without irritation. It's been really effective on the cracked skin areas where I have eczema. I think this emulsion would be great for anyone with atopic or eczema-prone skin who needs moderate hydration. Even though I have dry skin, I don't like products that are too sticky, so this feels just right for me. It's not very hydrating, so it might be too dry for those with extremely dry skin. I wish it had a bit more moisture. The amount you get for the price is quite small. It would be better if either the price was lower or you got more product. Please consider offering a larger size at a more affordable price! I bought this for atopic eczema, but since it's a bit pricey to use all over, I've been using it along with Dr.Bio Body Emulsion & Soothing Gel for extra hydration. When my eczema was severe, I used it together with a prescription ointment from my dermatologist. Fortunately, I haven't had any skin blemishes while using it, and when my face feels dry, I apply the Dr.Deep emulsion followed by the Dr.Bio Body Emulsion. If you're dealing with itchiness from eczema or dry skin, I highly recommend this! It's fantastic for relieving itching. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinAug 26, 2019
When my skin gets dry and itchy all over, applying this multi-emulsion quickly makes it feel better. It's so moisturizing and gentle that even my family members use it without any blemishes. There's hardly any scent, so it's not off-putting. It tends to absorb quickly into the skin. There's not much to complain about... but it would be nice if it were a bit more affordable or came in a larger quantity. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAtopy SkinApr 9, 2019
I've been using this for about 3 days now, and I'm not feeling the urge to scratch as much. I bought it for my blemishes, and while I haven't noticed any significant changes yet, I'm keeping a close eye on it. The amount of emulsion seems a bit small for the price. Other than that, I don't have any complaints so far. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinNov 17, 2018
I have severe psoriasis on my hands and decided to try this product as it's supposed to be good for psoriasis. With consistent daily use, it definitely improves the psoriasis and reduces the itchiness caused by dry hands. You can visibly see the improvement in psoriasis after just a week of use. I started using it for psoriasis, but surprisingly, it also got rid of the warts and calluses on my fingers. It's amazing that my psoriasis is getting better using only Dr. Deep, without needing psoriasis ointment! If I had to point out a downside, it's a bit rich for facial use. I personally have combination dehydrated skin and dislike the feeling of greasiness, so I might be more sensitive to this. It works well as an overnight mask if you apply it before going to bed. I mainly use it on my hands and body rather than my face. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 2, 2018
When applied to skin in poor condition, it may initially flare up, but with consistent use over a few days, it calms down. It doesn't soothe immediately upon application, but after a few minutes, the redness and itchiness subside. For best results, apply thin layers multiple times throughout the day rather than one thick layer. I have seborrheic dermatitis, and this product works really well for my skin, so I continue to use it. The absorption rate is a bit slow, giving a feeling of sitting on top of the skin. In winter, it needs to be mixed with oil products to prevent a tight feeling. Though it may be cumbersome, saturate a cotton pad with toner and wipe your face, then apply the emulsion several times, mixing it with a few drops of oil to eliminate dryness. No matter how good a product is, if you mix cosmetics from different brands, there will likely be incompatible ingredients. It's best to research thoroughly before use or stick to products from the same brand line. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAug 25, 2017
My 5-year-old son had been suffering from unbearable itching every night due to unexplained hives. But after applying the product, the frequency of hives gradually decreased, and this week, he only had one outbreak. Today, he fell asleep comfortably without any itching. Even after visiting the pediatrician, we couldn't find the cause, and all we got were prescriptions for allergy medications whenever the hives appeared. I'm amazed that it could improve so much without the medication. I was also anxious about traveling, but now I can move around freely. It would be great if there was a smaller travel-sized version. That way, I could carry it with me and apply it whenever needed.
