  Rather than being moist, it has a slippery feel. It's a unique foundation with a runny texture. It's sold at Lohbs, and the Stila stores in Seoul are decreasing, so I bought it at the Shinsegae Gangnam store (available for online purchase as well). The Shinsegae main store location seems to have disappeared (as of August 2016). Adorable :) The most impressive aspect is the incredibly smooth and watery texture. It's in a dropper format, so you can dispense it drop by drop.

All the colors that have been released (introduced in Korea) are pink-based!! This made me realize that all the products I've been using were yellow-based. While it doesn't look that way, when you apply it, it becomes incredibly pale... ㅠㅠ That's why I'm taking off one star! The color is too bright, and it's really hard to adjust. If you use shade 23, it's too heavy, and if you use the recommended 21, it's too white (not just pale, but the actual color is white...😐😑😓🙍) Anyway, it's quite perplexing.
