Among the various brightening moisturizers I've personally used, this one impressed me the most. Its lasting power was excellent, and I loved that it didn't leave my skin feeling greasy. It brightened my complexion just the right amount, and with its reasonable price point, there's no reason not to use it! I can't think of any downsides to mention because there wasn't anything particularly disappointing about it. Just please don't discontinue this product! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 9, 2020
Perfect for quick trips near home or when you need a light no-makeup makeup look! Even a small amount, about the size of a dime, provides a brightening effect. You can see the tiny particles in the photo - they spread evenly on the skin for a nice tone-up without making you look too pale. It's great! Apply it as the final step in your morning skincare routine. Compared to other brightening moisturizers, it adheres lightly to the skin and doesn't leave behind that typical white residue (you know, the stuff that usually collects at the edges of your face) that's common with whitening creams. Just gently spread it with your fingers and it adheres well without any pilling. There's hardly anything to complain about, to be honest! I've tried various types of brightening moisturizers, but Nella Fantasia is my favorite. This product is sufficiently moisturizing on its own, but for an even smoother application, try mixing it with your moisturizer as the last step of your skincare routine. (I've attached before and after photos so you can see the tone-up effect!) - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedNov 26, 2019
It absorbs smoothly and feels moisturizing. I generally prefer brightening moisturizers over foundations or cushions, and this is the best one I've tried so far! There's a slight issue with pilling, but you can solve this by adjusting the amount you apply! - om******Combination SkinRecommendedOct 10, 2019
It absorbs well and brightens my complexion. I often use it when going out for coffee with friends. The lasting power is disappointing. By the time I leave work, my skin looks dull again. It can make your skin look too pale, so I recommend mixing it with an emulsion or cream for better results. - su**********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 27, 2019
1. Natural Look I was worried it might look unnatural when applied, as I heard it could make you look very pale. But I was pleasantly surprised by how naturally it brightened my complexion. With the right amount, it gives a subtle one-tone brightening effect that looks like my natural skin, just better. You can even build it up for a more noticeable 'I'm glowing!' effect, which I love. 2. Hydrating The product description emphasized an emulsion-like feel and hydration, and it truly delivers! It's as moisturizing as an emulsion. No matter how much you apply, it doesn't pill. Just pat it in and it absorbs well. It leaves your skin with a beautiful glow, making it look healthy and radiant. 3. Non-sticky Finish In summer, you really don't want a brightening moisturizer that's sticky or overly hydrating, making your hair stick to your face. This one strikes the perfect balance - it's adequately hydrating without leaving any stickiness on the surface. I found it so convenient to apply over sunscreen before going out this summer. 4. Convenience You know those times when you're going somewhere indoor like school or academy, and you don't want to go bare-faced but don't want full makeup either? (※This is my personal opinion) That's when this product shines. Instead of layering on cushion foundation or heavy brightening creams, this emulsion-like formula gives you a soft, radiant look without feeling heavy. It's perfect for a natural, healthy appearance at school or academy. Plus, since it's like an emulsion, you can apply it right after toner, making your routine quick and easy. 1. Longevity The biggest drawback is definitely the staying power. I think I initially saw claims of it lasting around 7 hours (though I might be mistaken), but in reality, I could visibly see my natural skin tone peeking through after about 2 hours. I found myself having to reapply every 2-3 hours to maintain the effect. I guess hydration and longevity are inversely proportional! 2. Oil Control Given its hydrating formula, I'm not sure if this is the reason, but after about 3 hours, I noticed significant oil buildup on my forehead, nose, and around my nose. This wasn't an issue I experienced with other brightening moisturizers or cushion foundations, it seemed unique to this product. On the bright side, a quick dusting of powder easily takes care of the excess oil. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 19, 2019
It naturally brightens the skin and has great staying power. It's my holy grail product! It can be drying, and after some time, it tends to make the skin quite oily Make sure to apply a generous amount of moisturizer before using this product - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinAug 13, 2017
It naturally turns white, and since it's a lotion, it's easy to use, which is great. I used it with other products and it broke out. I think my acne got a bit worse after using this product. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 29, 2017
The product was good as it was easy to apply and stay on. I felt my face getting a bit lighter after using it consistently. Even when I applied just a little, it still made my face look brighter. It works differently for everyone, but when I wore it to school, I didn't need to reapply it as it stayed on. I liked that the product was gentle. I plan to repurchase it.😊 The volume felt a bit small compared to the price. It seemed to run out quickly as I used it regularly..ㅎㅎ - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 2, 2017
- Provides a natural-looking glow - Can be applied lightly At first, I applied sunscreen and then this lotion, but it all came off. After that, it was fine again, but when I applied the lotion and then sunscreen, it still came off. It really emphasizes flaky skin. Apply the moisturizer generously. If you apply the one-day whitening product first and wait a bit before applying sunscreen, it will come off a little less. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinDec 26, 2016
The scent is good, it feels light and airy. It also doesn't leave any residue when wiping my face, so it feels like I haven't applied anything. It clumps, feels dry, and is a soft type, so it feels a bit sticky. It doesn't clump when applied with a brush. It's also possible to use a puff.
