Despite its sticky texture, this product works wonders on skin that turns red in cold weather. I noticed almost immediate results! The somewhat sticky formula might be a drawback for those with oily skin. However, for dry skin types like mine, it's not a disadvantage at all. It's great to apply a small amount over Weleda face cream. The texture isn't creamy, but rather a sticky blend with oil, so a little goes a long way. Instead of rubbing, pat it in to absorb - this helps reduce the stickiness faster.

I feel comfortable applying it to my baby's skin. It's way too rich... It leaves excessive residue on the pillow and attracts dust like a magnet. The absorption is quite poor... I decided to try this Weleda product for the first time, as their brand is known for reliability. While I don't have deep wrinkles yet, so I can't speak to its effectiveness there, I can say that its hydrating power seems excellent. It feels a bit too greasy. I bought this when I was in Germany, and it's perfect since I'm pregnant. The ingredients are great, and it's slightly rich, which is ideal for dry skin. If you apply too much, it can make your skin look shiny. Use a small amount for best results.
