  Pros

  It was the world's worst shampoo with not a single good point.

  Cons

  After using this, pimples kept appearing on my scalp and hair. My hair became frizzy. The greasiness just kept getting worse.

  Pros

  Recently, I had pimples, itchiness, and pain on my scalp, so I was going to visit a dermatologist, but I thought the shampoo might be the problem, so I bought this new product! It was a new product at Olive Young, and since the name was similar to a foreign brand PHYTO, I bought it, but it's an LG Household & Health Care product^^ (The shampoo I was going to change was a fermented vinegar brand from the same company ㅜㅜ) Anyway, I thought this shampoo was really different from my previous one - it's incredibly refreshing. My hair does get a bit dry, but my scalp feels cleaner^^ They say it's silicone-free, so it's okay to use daily, but I still use it only 2-3 times a week~ I don't know if it was the previous shampoo or the heat that was the problem, but after switching, the itchiness has definitely decreased, and I don't get any more pimples^^

  When I was drying my hair, my mom who was standing next to me said the shampoo has a rich scent?! But it's actually a cool minty scent, and when my hair is still damp, that refreshing scent doesn't come through as much. And... since it's a scalp shampoo, my hair does get a bit dry. I'll probably need to use a conditioner or a treatment. I purposely didn't use one because I was worried about my hair getting oily, but I do feel the dryness, so I've been using a conditioner! I should have checked Hwahae first... The ingredients are a bit disappointing... It would be better to buy it on sale. (I later found out there are a lot of highly-rated shampoos in a similar price range^^)

  Tip

  Don't rinse it off right away after applying. Massage it into your scalp for about 1-2 minutes (the time it takes to brush your teeth) before rinsing, and it will be even more refreshing and beneficial!
