As someone with an oily scalp, this shampoo leaves my hair feeling refreshed with a nice cooling effect. The scent is invigorating, and it lathers up well, which I really appreciate. I have some concerns about the ingredients, and the volume seems a bit small for the price point. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 20, 2019
I loved the cooling sensation, and it seemed to reduce itchiness. It was uncomfortable because my hair felt greasy by evening after shampooing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 10, 2019
It lathers well and seems to help control scalp odor... At some point, my scalp started to turn red, so I've stopped using it for now. When I checked the ingredients on the Hwahae app, I noticed there are several not-so-great components, unfortunately. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 14, 2018
Affordable price? I bought it during an Olive Young sale. My hair is in poor condition due to frequent bleaching, but when I first started using this, even without conditioner, there was hardly any tangling. I've had skin reactions from using the wrong shampoo before, so I chose this product because it's natural and my scalp is dry. After using one bottle with good results, I stocked up during a sale. Unfortunately, that decision has backfired. My dandruff has gotten much worse. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 21, 2018
Although it's a scalp shampoo, it lathers well and leaves a refreshing sensation after washing. I bought it thinking it was a shampoo for hair loss, but I still feel like I'm losing hair. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 2, 2018
There wasn't a single redeeming quality about this shampoo. It was the absolute worst I've ever used. After using this, I kept getting recurring blemishes on my scalp. My hair became frizzy and unmanageable. On top of that, it made my scalp excessively oily. - wj********Oily SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsDec 11, 2017
I purchased and used the shampoo when it became famous on Twitter for its scalp care. I liked the refreshing scent and the cool sensation after rinsing. It's quite surprising that the hair doesn't get greasy even after two days (I usually get greasy hair after just half a day). From the third day of use, something started coming up on my scalp, causing itchiness and pain, so I stopped using it. Then I switched to a different shampoo. But when I used this shampoo again, the same issue occurred from the third day onwards. I realized the cause was this shampoo, so I stopped using it. I only use it occasionally when I'm too busy to wash my hair often (because it's a waste). After trying it, I don't have any plans to repurchase it, as the ingredients seem to be problematic. - he********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 25, 2017
I don't think there's anything like that. It feels like it becomes bouncy and supple after using it. With sodium laureth sulfate and cocamido ingredients, my scalp may be alive but it's not really alive. I try to avoid it as much as possible... I've been through a lot of trouble with it ㅠㅜ - Hwahae UserDry SkinSep 3, 2017
I've repurchased this.. I've tried many shampoos because I'm really interested in them, but this product has great lather and a cooling sensation..!! And my hair has become softer. I'm not the type to have sticky hair, so I'm not sure about that. First, I do a primary shampoo just for the scalp, and then a secondary shampoo for the whole head. If you shampoo thoroughly, you can have a healthy scalp! - eu*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 4, 2017
At first, my scalp was less itchy and the oil didn't build up too quickly, which was really great. For about a month of using it, it was really good, but at some point, my hair started falling out way too much. Now I really regret it... for real..
