It absorbs really well. I loved it as a hydrating sun emulsion that leaves the skin feeling moisturized. It's a bit disappointing to use before makeup... there's a chance of pilling. - ey*****Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsOct 31, 2021
I tried a sample I received from an event a long time ago. It has no white cast, feels incredibly moisturizing, and has a slightly runny texture that absorbs well into the skin. It's too rich in oils, and the oiliness keeps intensifying as time passes, unfortunately. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 22, 2020
It's great because it's packed with hydration, leaving the skin moisturized, and has a high SPF for excellent sun protection The formula is quite runny, so you need to spread it quickly when applying - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 19, 2020
It's gentle and nice. I love that it doesn't leave a white cast, feels soft, and isn't heavy on the skin. I wish they'd relaunch it. Unfortunately, it doesn't brighten the complexion at all. Sadly, it's been discontinued. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedMay 16, 2020
I've never been a fan of sunscreens due to their thick formulas and heavy textures. But this one? It's a game-changer! With its fluid emulsion, essence-like consistency, it applies light and fresh. It spreads easily in thin layers and doesn't leave any sticky residue - a huge plus in my book. Some sunscreens can leave a white cast, making your skin look powdery and dried out over time, but not this one. No white cast whatsoever! While many people mentioned the scent as a downside, I actually love the fragrance of this sunscreen. It's my favorite part, to be honest... It does get a bit rich over time, but then again, most sunscreens do... - my**********Combination SkinRecommendedApr 20, 2020
Skin type: I have combination dehydrated skin that's oily but gets dry in fall/winter. While sunscreen is a year-round essential, I often skipped it because I disliked the sticky, heavy feeling. However, since discovering this product, I've been applying it consistently! I've been using it for a year now. First off, the texture is incredibly hydrating, similar to an essence, which is perfect for those who hate stickiness! After application, it feels as moisturizing as if you've applied an essence. In fall/winter, my makeup usually looks patchy, but when I use this as a base before foundation, my makeup adheres smoothly without pilling! Its hydrating nature makes it great for summer too. Usually, sunscreens feel extra sticky in summer, but this one doesn't, so I used it comfortably. It would be especially great for men! There's no white cast. The SPF is high, supposedly providing up to 12 hours of protection. In summer, I even applied it to my body - it's non-sticky and leaves no white cast, which is fantastic! The downside is the price. It's a bit steep... However, once you use it, you'll feel it's worth every penny! Also, it may cause some eye irritation, so be careful not to apply it like an emulsion. Apply carefully around the eye area. On busy mornings when I'm rushing to work, I often skip my skincare routine and just apply this product before my makeup. Thanks to its essence-like formula, my skin doesn't feel dry. Of course, this is based on my combination skin type! If you have dry skin, make sure to do your full skincare routine before applying this. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 19, 2020
As someone with sensitive skin, I've experienced blemishes from some sunscreens, but this one is so gentle that I didn't get a single breakout. It's wonderfully hydrating without being sticky, which I absolutely love. The only slight downside is that it's a bit on the rich side, so after application, my skin looks a tad shiny. - ry********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 16, 2020
I keep coming back to this. Even after trying other sunscreens, I always find myself reaching for The Body Shop's sunscreen again! It's fantastic - no white cast and it absorbs well. My husband loves it too! The alcohol scent sometimes makes me worry it might actually be drying out my skin. If you have dry skin, it's great to mix it with a hydrating moisturizer! It still absorbs well even when blended. - mi******Combination SkinApr 9, 2020
I liked how it applies lightly and gives a barely-there feeling. It's a sunscreen that people who prefer lightweight products will appreciate. The truly fatal flaw is that it stings my eyes terribly. It's beyond just a slight irritation, it actually hurts. Usually, sunscreens might cause a bit of eye discomfort, but this one is so intense it makes my eyes water and sting. It's practically unusable. Also, there's an alcohol scent as it evaporates, and it really dries out my skin, leaving a slightly greasy film on the surface. - ha***********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedApr 7, 2020
I've used this for the third time now. Why? Because I hate the white cast and thick texture of most sunscreens. This product feels more like an emulsion essence rather than a typical sunscreen, which makes it so comfortable to use. It absorbs well without leaving any greasiness. It's been a year since they said this product would be back in stock. I've visited the store 5 times since last year, but it's still not available. They're saying it might be back around August this year, but you should call the store in advance to make sure. Here's a pro tip: Apply it generously like you would an emulsion or essence, patting it into your skin.
