My skin type: Combination (oily T-zone), rarely get blemishes but when I do, they're intense. Sensitive skin. Texture: Not bad, feels hydrating with a fresh formula. There's a slight stickiness after application, but it's not bothersome. Might feel a bit dry if used alone over time. When layered (skincare + brightening moisturizer + sunscreen), it feels slightly rich. Overall, the texture is decent. No white cast, making it easy to apply and go. White cast: None, which is a plus. Recommendation: If used alone, recommended for dry skin. For oily skin, might work well with powder. Nothing particularly negative. If I had to nitpick, maybe the packaging design? Otherwise, I didn't experience any discomfort. It's easy to apply with hands and has a gel-like consistency, which I like. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSep 18, 2018
I always apply this before my makeup as it feels like a combination of a makeup base and sunscreen. As I have dry skin, it feels too drying during application, so it doesn't seem to suit me well. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 21, 2018
It really lives up to its name as a makeup base, making my skin look radiant It tends to sit on the skin a bit, and there's a slight grayish tint to it I think it would work great if you mix it with foundation or another brightening moisturizer! - ha*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinJun 20, 2017
This makeup base also functions as a sunscreen, so it brightens the skin tone. The makeup base goes beyond just being a base, resulting in an excessive whitening effect... If you like an extremely pale look, it might not bother you, but the makeup appears unnatural. Separate makeup and base... It's just way, way, way, way too drying. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 18, 2017
It has great coverage and is the best product for oily skin. It's oil-free and doesn't leave a white cast. I bought it at the store because it was cheap, and I've found my holy grail product! ๐๐ Haha, it's oil-free and moisture-free too lol ๐๐ I don't recommend it for dry skin types ๐๐ - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinFeb 28, 2017
The price is affordable and hmm.. that's about it, so I'm not sure what to use.. Very subjective, but it's not great. They say it's a makeup base, but when I apply makeup, it cakes up. It cakes up terribly. It may be because it's a dry removal, but unless I remove all the flakes on my face, I can't apply it comfortably. The spreadability wasn't great either. It has an artificial cosmetic fragrance. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 24, 2017
It becomes too vigorous. Rub and pat it a lot, a lot... It becomes very matte and when you apply it, your face just floats... You have to pat it hundreds of times. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinNov 1, 2016
The tone seems a bit brighter and it applies well. It's good for using on a budget. However, you should apply a moisturizing base and then layer it on top to make it less matte. It looks a bit dry. You'll need to apply it and then mist or layer a cream base underneath to make it work. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinOct 27, 2016
It is a creamy formula that is not too runny and applies well. The coverage is quite good, so I would just use this one when I was too lazy to do a full makeup routine. Since I have oily skin, I didn't experience any issues like shininess or discomfort when I applied it. But those with dry skin may find it drying. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinSep 20, 2016
This seems like a good option for oily skin types. As a makeup base product, it definitely brightens the complexion when applied. I wouldn't recommend this for dry skin with a lot of flakiness. I have extremely dry skin and eczema, and when I applied this sunscreen to my face, all the flaky skin on my face became very visible and stood out in an unattractive yellowish color. My skin also looked very dry. When I first started using it, I felt like I wasted my money, but then I looked online and found that mixing it with natural oils can help make it feel less drying.
