First, my skin type is dry with redness, and I'm in the 19-21 shade range. The price is incredibly cheap, so the cost-effectiveness is amazing. I bought this to use as a cleansing toner. When you soak a cotton pad with it and use it, it's not irritating at all and there's no tightness after cleansing. After 3 skin applications, it gives a moisturized, hydrated feeling. It's a large volume so it's cost-effective, and you can use it all over your body without any burden. I plan to keep stocking up and using it continuously.
Cons
The moisturizing effect doesn't last very long, so you can't use it alone.
Tip
It's best to use it after 1 cleansing toner application, followed by 3 skin applications, and then add an essence and cream. Dispense it into the palm of your hand to use.

The large size is great for the mist skin pack, and above all, the cost-effectiveness is amazing. I bought a few months' worth with my sister and mom, and it's been great. I've been using the mail-order skin pack and have plenty left over... The amount is really massive. I can fill up the mist bottle and still have plenty left. Using it refreshingly helps reduce puffiness and leaves my skin moisturized.
Cons
It's a bit sticky, and while it's comfortable once fully absorbed, I wouldn't recommend it for when you're in a hurry... It's sticky and a bit heavy for my skin, so it doesn't suit me very well. The capacity is truly enormous!! Since the capacity is so large, I've been using it in various ways, such as for toner and sheet masks! The capacity is too much, so I've been pouring it into a spray bottle and spraying it on, and it's moisturizing and has a slight lemon scent, which I like!
Cons
Other toners just leave a moisturized feeling when you apply them, but this one leaves a slightly taut feeling after just one application :( I have to quickly apply lotion right after.
Tip
It's great to buy a spray bottle and use it that way!

It seems quite mild, but the volume is really huge, so it's great. I tend to do cleansing routines, so I use up toners really quickly, and it's always a hassle to keep buying them. So I tried this one, and there's no irritation, and I can use it generously. It's a water-based toner, but when I apply it generously on cotton pads and do my cleansing routine, it's so moisturizing and nice! I do the 3-skin method every day, and I think I've been using this for almost 3 months now, but it still feels like I have half the bottle left. Haha.
Cons
There's really nothing disappointing about it. But it's just a rather ordinary toner, so you can't really expect any intense soothing effects.
Tip
Some people say they transfer it to a smaller container to use, but I just use the huge bottle as is, and it's not really inconvenient at all.
