If your body is very dry, it's better to use a toner/soothing gel followed by a lotion/cream, rather than just applying an oil-rich body lotion/cream. Doing this consistently will definitely improve inner dryness.
Decant into a spray bottle or pump bottle and use it all over your face and body.

Contains PEG and phenoxyethanol. The container is too large to use as is (but can be decanted without any complaints).

Insane value-for-money large-capacity mild toner. Great for cleansing and absorbing.

Spraying it on a cotton pad and keeping it in a ziplock bag makes it great for touch-ups when you're out

I recommend this large-sized toner to anyone who needs it. It's great for heavy usage. The ingredients are good, and it's a good value for the price.

There's a slight slippery and sticky feeling when I apply it to my face. The slipperiness is fine since it's from the oil, but I wish the stickiness wasn't there. Also, as a water-based toner, it can be a bit drying in the winter.

I really liked purchasing the large-sized Mamonde Rose Water Toner, as I was going through the smaller size too quickly. It has a refreshing soda-like lemon scent.
I sometimes use it as a toner pack and do the 7-skin method when my face feels dry. 
It's moisturizing, has good ingredients, and I'm using it well.

Since they didn't use fragrance, the mist has a bit of a bleach-like smell when sprayed. And the inclusion of phenoxyethanol is a bit concerning... The mist I received as a free gift just feels like spraying water on my face, and while it doesn't create a noticeable foam, it does feel a bit unpleasant. And the slippery feeling? That seems to be due to the acidity, but it's not too bad once absorbed.

The large size means I can use it generously as a mist and it's still affordable, which I liked. I'm not sure if this is the reason, but my skin was fine.
