The fragrance is subtle and it provides a gentle hydration. Being colorless, it's great for light application. It's a bit inconvenient that you have to apply it with your fingers. I found it frustrating that even after multiple applications, it doesn't layer well. It's so moisturizing and really great. When applied in winter, any chapped skin disappears incredibly fast! I've only used about a fifth of it, but I think it'll be difficult to use the product at the very bottom of the container... 
jw******Combination SkinSensitive SkinJul 20, 2016The moment you apply it, it feels like it's wrapping your lips in moisture, making them comfortable. It's gentle with no allergic reactions at all. I love that it has a natural scent - a sweet cherry aroma. It's small, so it's convenient to carry around. I thought it might be Japanese because of the name 'Tokyo Milk', but it turns out it's an American company! Since it's in a jar, it's inconvenient to apply and somewhat unhygienic. I usually like to apply lip balm thickly, but this product is solid so you have to rub it with your fingers to melt it before applying. As you use it more, it becomes harder to reach the product at the bottom of the jar. It doesn't offer any unique benefits compared to other lip balms, so I probably won't repurchase it.
