  Overall, Medicube products are generally gentle, making them great for sensitive skin! They're also suitable for acne-prone skin!! If you're worried about your skin reacting badly to other brands, I'd recommend trying Medicube products!

  It doesn't clog pores, reducing the likelihood of blemishes. There's no irritation, and when applied, it gives a pleasant, soothing feeling to the skin. Clinical trials suggest it's suitable for problematic skin. My experience with it has been generally positive. Rather than managing existing blemishes, I felt it was more effective in preventing new ones from appearing.

  Cons

  The price is absolutely ridiculous. The rave reviews and claims of miraculous changes seem greatly exaggerated to me. (I've been using the entire MediCube basic line, and I'm on my 5th bottle of this serum, but I'm planning to switch to a different product.) While its moisture-retention isn't bad and the hydration lasts quite long, it feels too sticky for summer use, which is uncomfortable and unpleasant. It contains many potentially harmful ingredients. I tried to overlook this thinking 'if it works, it's fine', but I honestly can't feel any benefits. It's just mediocre, and I've been using it simply because I bought it and was too lazy to look for alternatives.

  Tip

  I recommend sticking with MediCube for the toner in your basic skincare routine, but switching to a different brand for the serum.
