This product is the best for a baby with atopic dermatitis. It quickly soothes from coin-sized eczema to the creases of the arms and legs. I had to use another product for a while when I didn't have this one stocked up, and in the meantime, my baby got scratched and turned red. You have to keep this product stocked up in advance.
Cons
Even though one bottle lasts for the whole body, it gets used up quickly. It feels a bit heavy to use on the face.

When the weather is a little dry, my baby's skin gets red in spots like eczema, and the Atoaline products work great when I apply them. They're a bit thick and creamy, so the moisturizing effect is good. After using them for a week, the reddened areas completely disappeared. I plan to continue using them throughout spring, fall, and winter.
Cons
Since I have to apply it all over my body, I go through it pretty quickly. It would be great if the volume was a little bigger, but other than that, I'm completely satisfied.
Tip
In the winter, I also use a bath additive and the Baby Balm together. The Baby Balm has amazing moisturizing power!

Pros
As my baby's skin started to get drier during the fall and winter seasons, it would immediately react. Small, rough bumps would appear mainly on the torso. I heard that the Demexsa cream was good, so I tried it and the skin condition improved quickly. After applying it, the cream would absorb right in and my skin would become soft and smooth again! I used it that way last winter, and then used other lotions during the rest of the year. But this winter, the bumps came back, so I switched back to Demexsa, and the effects were noticeable right away. After switching back to Demexsa, the bumps haven't come back and my skin has stayed great.
Cons
It feels a bit heavy to use in the summer. But I guess that's inevitable given how moisturizing it is.
