  It doesn't cause any irritation. The ingredients are decent too. While I can't say this product is particularly outstanding, there's nothing bad about it either, which is why I repurchased it.

  There's nothing specifically disappointing about it. It doesn't demonstrate remarkable cleansing effectiveness.

  Pros

  I bought this when I was in Russia. While there weren't any standout positives, I've heard that Garnier's water-based products are decent.

  Cons

  Unfortunately, it doesn't remove lip makeup very well, which is disappointing. I stocked up on Garnier products, but the cleansing effectiveness is lacking. I've only used it once or twice before relegating it to the back of my shelf.
