As someone who wears mascara almost daily, this is an essential item for me. I love that it's not too oily, removes easily, and feels gentle on my skin. The price is quite reasonable (when purchased locally). I bought this at a great price from a German drugstore and used it well. I wish it was more accessible in our country too. Apply a suitable amount to a cotton pad and hold it over your eyes for about 10 seconds to soften the makeup. Then, gently wipe it off as if you're combing your lashes. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedMar 25, 2020
As someone with skin allergies, I can't use harsh makeup removers. I discovered this product through research and bought it in Australia for about $10. It's gentle on the eyes and effectively removes even waterproof products, leaving my skin clean and fresh. While I wish the bottle was a bit larger, and you need to shake it before use, the product itself is truly excellent. - Hwahae UserOily SkinRecommendedJun 6, 2019
Gentle enough for sensitive skin Effectively removes even stubborn mascara in one go No major drawbacks, but if I had to nitpick, it leaves a bit of oily residue after cleansing - Hwahae UserOily SkinNov 23, 2017
I love that it doesn't cause any tingling sensation. It's genuinely gentle and soft on the skin. The cleansing effectiveness is so-so, but not bad at all. I think I bought it for around $3 in Germany because it was cheap there. Considering the price, the ingredients are pretty decent. I don't understand why they added colorants... That's puzzling. Apart from that, all the other ingredients are good. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 15, 2017
It doesn't cause any irritation. The ingredients are decent too. While I can't say this product is particularly outstanding, there's nothing bad about it either, which is why I repurchased it. There's nothing specifically disappointing about it. It doesn't demonstrate remarkable cleansing effectiveness. - ha******Normal SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsJun 21, 2017
It's affordable and removes eye makeup effectively! No irritation or burning sensation either. Well... if I had to pick something, occasionally it drips a bit when dispensing onto a cotton pad? I dispense it onto a cotton pad and it removes makeup well. Haha! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 30, 2017
I bought this when I was in Russia. While there weren't any standout positives, I've heard that Garnier's water-based products are decent. Unfortunately, it doesn't remove lip makeup very well, which is disappointing. I stocked up on Garnier products, but the cleansing effectiveness is lacking. I've only used it once or twice before relegating it to the back of my shelf. - ge********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinFeb 1, 2017
While it may not have mind-blowing cleansing effectiveness that removes makeup instantly, it's still quite useful There wasn't really anything disappointing about it. Compared to more expensive makeup removers, I had to hold it on my eyes for about a minute longer, but there weren't any notable drawbacks - jh********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 7, 2016
• It effectively removes heavy makeup, especially lip and eye products. • I've tried several cleansing oils while in Australia, but this one outperformed them all in makeup removal. I've been loyal to it for nearly 3 years since. • It's disappointing that it's not easily available in Korea. • The small size means I have to repurchase frequently. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 23, 2016
Unlike other cleansing waters that sting my eyes, this one removes eye makeup gently and effectively without any discomfort. The ingredients are overall very mild, and I highly recommend it. Compared to other cleansing water products, it's a bit pricey for the amount you get. In Australia, it costs around $6.
