  Pros

  I've tried both the white and yellow soaps, but I prefer the yellow one for both summer and winter, so I'm using it even in this cold weather. After washing, my skin feels soft, and if there's a bit of dead skin cells, gently rubbing with my hands makes them disappear. It definitely helps control oil for my very oily skin, and when used with Paula's Choice BHA, the effects seem even better. I don't often use foaming cleansers for oily skin because oil still comes through after a while, but this soap removes makeup well, so I'll keep using it.

  Cons

  Being a soap product, I was a bit concerned about its high alkalinity potentially causing blemishes. However, applying an emulsion afterwards seems to prevent any issues, at least for my skin. I'm using a lightweight emulsion. It's clear that applying a light emulsion after cleansing with the soap, rather than leaving the skin bare, helps balance the skin and reduces oil production.

  Tip

  Using it with BHA worked even better for me. I use it not just on my face but also on my body, so it's convenient as I don't need a separate body wash. I recommend it for those with body acne. + January 7, 2018 update: After a period of good results, I experienced severe folliculitis due to this soap. I managed to calm it down with ointment and now I'm using a different cleansing soap. I'm only using this one on my body now!
