it doesn't feel like my hair is being thoroughly cleaned.
It's like washing my hair with just soap.
And my hair becomes very stiff and dry.

It's not unmanageable, but longer hair below the shoulders may require the use of hair essences, oils, conditioners, or treatments. For reference, my father with shorter hair finds this shampoo alone to be sufficient.

I discovered the Monchamp shampoo bar from France while searching for shampoos without chemical ingredients. The fact that it is free of sulfate ingredients was the most appealing to me. It also has the French organic certification mark and uses plant-based surfactants, which I liked. I purchased the green variant, which is formulated for oily scalps and has a sebum-balancing function. The green color is also from natural dyes, not chemical ones. Additionally, it produces a very rich lather. You can rest assured that you won't have to worry about the lather not being sufficient.
