Maybe because it doesn't lather much, it doesn't feel like it's cleaning thoroughly. It's literally like washing your hair with soap. Also, it makes my hair feel very stiff and dry.

My scalp is so oily that if I skip washing for even a day, it gets greasy. But after using this Monchamp shampoo, the oil is completely gone. It's truly the best for oily scalps.

For women, when creating lather, it's easier and faster to generate a large amount of foam by wrapping the donut-shaped shampoo bar around your hair once and then swirling it around, rather than just rubbing it back and forth on the scalp.

While the overall ingredients are relatively gentle compared to other shampoos, I did experience a slight itchiness on my scalp about half a day after using it. It seems there may be some allergens present. However, I've been able to use other products with those same ingredients without any issues, so I'm not sure exactly which component is causing the itchiness. It's possible there is something in the natural ingredients that doesn't agree with me.
 Additionally, women with longer hair may have some concerns about hair manageability. It's not unmanageable, but longer hair below the shoulders may require the use of hair essences, oils, conditioners, or treatments. For reference, my father with shorter hair finds this shampoo alone to be sufficient.

I discovered the Monchamp shampoo bar from France while searching for shampoos without chemical ingredients. The fact that it is free of sulfate ingredients was the most appealing to me. It also has the French organic certification mark and uses plant-based surfactants, which I liked. I purchased the green variant, which is formulated for oily scalps and has a sebum-balancing function. The green color is also from natural dyes, not chemical ones. Additionally, it produces a very rich lather. You can rest assured that you won't have to worry about the lather not being sufficient.
