It's best to follow the instructions and use cold water for cleansing.

It's quite irritating when you use it.
It feels as rough as a black sugar pack.
There's a strong warming sensation, and it even feels stinging when I close my eyes.
The instructions say to use cold water, but using cold water makes my skin feel tight,
so I used lukewarm water instead, and that was even more irritating...
(However, rinsing with cold water afterwards was fine.
There were no breakouts or reddening of the skin after cleansing.)
Right after cleansing, my skin looked brighter and the blackheads seemed to be gone,
but they reappeared later. (lol)
But there are fewer blackheads than before. I feel that with continued use, I may be able to remove blackheads without using a nose pack.

I tried a sample. I found it while cleaning my house, so I'm not sure when I had it. The expiration date part is torn off, so I'm a bit suspicious, but it's a cleanser and I've been concerned about my pores lately, so I'll give it a try.

The flushing feeling is a bit disappointing, but surprisingly, there's no skin irritation. Especially, the menthol seems to soothe the skin well.

At first, both of our faces felt flushed and the stimulation seemed too intense, so I regretted buying it. But after using it a couple of times, I got used to the flushing feeling. Now, it cleanses my skin so thoroughly and my skin condition is amazing after using it. I'm completely satisfied.

I received the sample when purchasing another product, but I'm not sure if my pores improved and my face felt hot. After cleansing, my cheeks were red. I experienced the same symptoms after using it twice. I don't recommend it for those with dry or sensitive skin.

I tried the sample for 2 weeks, but it didn't work for me as it caused irritation.
