  Pros

  I tried a sample I had at home. The product claims to refine skin texture and clean pores. I expected my skin to be very dry after use, but surprisingly it wasn't. The blackheads on my nose that were so stubborn before disappeared right after use, and my skin looked much brighter. I think it might be a temporary effect, but still... Personally, I liked the warming sensation I felt. The sample size was quite generous - I could've used it twice. Overall, I really liked this product.

  Cons

  It's quite intense when you're using it. It feels very rough, almost like a brown sugar scrub. After application, you feel a warming sensation that's quite intense, and even with my eyes closed, they felt irritated. The instructions say to use cold water, but that made my skin feel tight. When I used warm water instead, it felt like my skin was burning... it was that intense. (However, rinsing with cold water at the end made it better. There were no blemishes afterwards, and despite the intensity, my skin didn't turn red.) Right after cleansing, my skin looked brighter and the blackheads seemed gone, but they reappeared after a while, though less visible. I feel like with consistent use, it might remove blackheads without needing pore strips. As for the brightening effect, when I used it in the evening, it lasted through the night but by morning my skin looked dull again.

  I recommend following the usage instructions carefully, especially using cold water to rinse - it's crucial!

  Pros

  I tried a sample I discovered while cleaning my house. I'm not sure how long I've had it, as the expiration date was torn off. Although I'm a bit skeptical, it's a cleanser, and I've been concerned about my pores lately, so I decided to give it a try.

  Cons

  As pointed out in previous reviews, it's tingling and irritating. That's one star off. The ingredients are also not great, so there goes another star. The brand isn't well-known, and I've never heard of it before, so there's no real credibility. However, I'm sure the people behind it are working hard, so I hope it improves in the future.
