  The whitening effect is better than expected. I use three types of skin products. Cleansing toner ☞ This ☞ Runny skin So I'm not sure about the moisturizing effects or things like that when using just one. But my face has become very white. This is the first thing I apply after cleansing! I think the whitening effect comes from using this product, as it's the only whitening product I use. And my face has become, well, kind of bouncy.
