After shaving and applying, it settles well and is nicely moisturizing.
Cons
So far, there is none. Why do I have to write 20 characters at a time?

Shave and apply 2 or 3 times. It absorbs well and penetrates deep into the skin, leaving it moisturized.

I've been using this for 3 years now. As I have dry and sensitive skin, I can't use just anything, but I haven't had any breakouts and my skin has become more moisturized and better!
Cons
There are so many advantages that I don't see any downsides, so I think I'll keep using this! It's really great, highly recommended!!

It's moisturizing and has a nice scent! When you apply this and do your makeup, it doesn't budge!
Cons
The water-based formula absorbs quickly, but the amount that gets dispensed is a bit much, so it feels wasteful.

Pros
This is the best toner I've ever tried. Even though I have sensitive skin, the reason I only use Missha products is because I trust the Missha brand! I purchased this toner when I ran out, and it is very moisturizing and perfect for my dry skin, so I'm really pleased with it.
Cons
There are no downsides! If you buy it as a 1+1 deal or in a set, it would be even better. You can definitely purchase this.

Applying it after washing your face, you can immediately feel how moisturizing it is! Typically, other toners can leave your face feeling dry for some time after application, but with this product, the dryness completely disappears once you've applied and absorbed it!!๑>ᴗ< ๑

I bought a toner, lotion, and cream from the same line, and I'm using the lotion even more than the toner!! I bought the cream but haven't used it because it feels like it's sitting on top of my skin. Anyway, the toner is hydrating and lightweight, so I can apply it morning and night anytime. The volume is just right, so I'm really using it well!! The toner feels like an essence, so it's a bit difficult to wipe it off with a cotton pad, so I just pat it in with my hands. It's not like this is amazingly good! But it's a good purchase because I can use it daily, and it leaves my skin feeling light and hydrated.
Cons
For those with very dry skin, it might feel a bit dry in the winter....
