Pros
I've been using it along with a moisturizer based on a recommendation, and it's gentle. After cleansing, my skin doesn't feel too dry and is quite hydrated. I can recommend the product itself.

Pros
Even though the ingredient composition would not have been something I would have purchased during my ingredient-obsessed phase, the actual usage experience feels surprisingly gentle compared to the ingredients. The formulation is a gel type, but it's a bit more watery than typical gel cleansers. A single pump produces ample lather. As someone with oily/sensitive/redness/acne-prone skin... choosing a cleanser is an absolute nightmare for me. I've recently tested out several mildly acidic cleansers, and the ones that are completely non-drying don't work well for me and somehow make my breakouts worse, while the ones with decent cleansing power tend to leave my skin feeling very tight and gradually damage my skin barrier. So I was looking for something gentle yet with a touch of cleansing power, and I'm really happy with this one. It doesn't cause any redness or breakouts, and the irritation level is low as well. For morning cleansing, I just do a quick wash with a single pump of lather, and for evening cleansing, I do one or two pumps and roll it around a bit more before rinsing off. This way, it doesn't leave my skin feeling too tight, and it's just perfect.
Cons
The biggest downside is that I have to order it online... And there are a few potentially irritating ingredients that I'll have to keep an eye on, but I'll have to use it more to see how it goes. I'm going to keep monitoring it for now.

Pump the cleanser twice to get some lather, then just apply the lather to your face (don't scrub) 4. Rinse off gently (if showering, just rinse with the shower water) The key is to be very gentle, without any harsh scrubbing. If you're also using a benzoyl peroxide treatment, following this cleansing method is a good idea.

I've been using this product consistently and it's great! It's very gentle but effective in cleansing. There's no tightness on the face either. The cost-effectiveness is good. The volume is large but the price is affordable! I recommend it:)

Even though I have sensitive skin, my skin feels moisturized after using this product, unlike other cleansers that left my skin dry.
Cons
It gets used up too quickly when used for the body. I wish they would come out with a larger size so I could use it more freely.

I've been using it for years, but I'm not sure how long. For someone with adult acne like me, this is the best match I've found. It doesn't dry out my skin and it thoroughly cleanses for light makeup and sunscreen. I've been using it for years. Highly recommended!!

None. It seems more accessible for people in the US. The fact that I can only buy it through shipping is a bit inconvenient.

It has excellent moisturizing power. And it's non-irritating, so it's easy to get used to.
Cons
