They said it was fine to sleep with it on. Seriously? That's basically the same as sleeping with makeup on. This isn't a skincare product, so it absolutely needs to be cleansed off! I use it in various ways - mixed with sunscreen, when quickly greeting guests at home, or blended with foundation when I don't want to look too dull. It's versatile enough to use here and there.
