It's so adorable! The fragrance is lovely. Perfect for a quick application. I'm not thrilled with the ingredients, unfortunately. It's okay to use when you don't have anything else, but I wouldn't spend money on it.

I love the fresh scent and it's not sticky at all. Plus, with the buy-one-get-one-free deal, it's easy on the wallet. Apart from the cute character packaging, I don't really feel compelled to repurchase. It's just okay for everyday use. 
Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 12, 2018It was a gift, and it absorbs quickly into the skin without feeling sticky The Purin Peach and Snorlax Lavender scents were already cliché artificial fragrances, and now the Lemon scent is the same. Moreover, the tart lemon scent itself is not pleasant... The lid doesn't seem to fit properly, as it's slightly tilted to one side and doesn't close tightly, as shown in the photo. It's not a major issue for use, but it's a bit bothersome

I bought it in a 1+1 deal with the Purin version, but I prefer the Togepi lemon scent so much that I've already used it all up! Once I finish the Purin one too, I'll be sure to buy it again. It fits perfectly in my hand and absorbs into the skin amazingly well! The container gets dirty quite easily. If you're in a hurry and quickly close the lid before putting it in your pocket, it tends to collect a lot of grime. (Though I suppose that's to be expected, isn't it?) Love the lemon scent. The Togepi design is adorable. It seems quite nice. It's pretty similar to any ordinary hand cream. The only difference is the Togepi design and lemon fragrance. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 31, 2017
The fragrance of this product is absolutely divine! I found myself using it so frequently that I went through the entire bottle in less than a month. It's not sticky at all and applies so lightly - just perfect for everyday use. I'm not entirely sure about its hydrating properties. While it leaves a pleasantly soft and powdery feel, I only notice the skin feeling smoother rather than deeply moisturized. It doesn't quite hit the mark in terms of hydration. Also, considering the amount you get, it seems a bit pricey for a drugstore hand cream. I love the tangy-sweet lemon scent. The finish isn't sticky at all, leaving my hands feeling fresh. It's great that it doesn't make holding a pen uncomfortable. As someone who absolutely adores the scent of lemon, I'm thrilled that this hand cream has a lovely lemon fragrance. I'm using it with great pleasure! And the Togepi design is just adorably cute! Unfortunately, the moisturizing power is quite lacking, and the amount of product is disappointingly small.
