It's intensely matte, and if you don't exfoliate properly, it could definitely accentuate dead skin cells. But when you dab it on lightly, it creates the most gorgeous vibrant lip color. I bought this at Sephora in the US, and it was such a popular shade! It's such a shame that it's been discontinued. I think those who look great in vibrant colors and brick red tones would absolutely love this.

I stumbled upon this lipstick by chance, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it! First off, it absorbs beautifully on the lips. The color is absolutely gorgeous - it's like a pink-red with a hint of orange, giving it a slightly vintage vibe. The staying power is better than most lipsticks I've tried. What's more, I tend to have some dead skin cells on my lips, which often become more noticeable with velvet tints or matte lipsticks. However, this lipstick doesn't accentuate those issues as much. While I love almost everything about it, if I had to point out a downside, it would be that the color applies a bit more intensely than I expected. Also, after reapplying a few times, it can start to pill slightly.

For a matte lipstick, it applies quite nicely! My previous product was more of a red-pink, but I think this one looks even prettier. Since it's a matte formula, you absolutely need to moisturize in winter. Otherwise, it can make your lips look wrinkled and worse than wearing nothing at all. This product really makes you take your lip care routine seriously. Duty-free shops are definitely cheaper! Pro tip: Before applying makeup, put on some Vaseline or paw paw cream for 3-5 minutes, then wipe it off before applying the lip color. 2020.1.6 I originally had no intention of buying this, but somehow the discount caught my eye and my friend and I each ended up purchasing one! The color is truly beautiful... And among all the lipsticks I've applied so far, this one has the best absorption. At first, I thought I bought an orange-red due to the store lighting, but it turns out it's a drop of orange+red+pink?! What's surprising is that even though I have a warm complexion, the color looks pretty... Thanks to this, I've discovered a new shade. The staying power is similar to or slightly longer than other lipsticks! 2020.1.6 It applies quite vividly and intensely. So I usually blot it once with a tissue! 2020.5.8 Somehow, after applying it, my lips feel really itchy, if that's the right word...? When I removed it, it got a bit better, but there's still some lingering irritation. While it's pretty and nice for those who don't have super sensitive skin... it's a bit problematic for me. It adheres perfectly to the lips. The price is reasonable too. As someone who usually likes matte lipsticks, I recommend this because it doesn't accentuate dead skin cells on the lips and has great staying power. The color is similar to MAC's Chili, but with a slight orange undertone. It's in that family of shades. The scent is really disappointing. To put it nicely, it's unscented. The soft matte finish of this product is incredible - it's a texture you just can't find in drugstore brands. I absolutely love how it applies! However, this wasn't an issue for me as I always apply lip balm before my makeup routine and wipe it off just before applying lipstick. As I mentioned earlier, applying lip balm before your makeup routine and wiping it off just before applying the lipstick can significantly improve how it absorbs and feels on your lips.
