For acne-prone and sensitive skin, nothing beats this. I'm writing this review because I'm frustrated that people don't know about this amazing product. When you apply it, it absolutely prevents blemishes, soothes irritation like aloe vera gel, and keeps your skin hydrated. It absorbs with a rich texture that feels luxurious and wonderful. I highly recommend this for those with combination dehydrated skin lacking elasticity. It's likely to work well for people with redness or blemishes. Since using this, my redness has diminished and my blemishes have calmed down. It's great! There's nothing I found disappointing about it. If anything, maybe the price? But it's usually in the early 20,000 won range when on sale anyway. - re*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinJan 27, 2018
I bought this when it was on sale at Watsons. I purchased it because it contains over 60% propolis. The hydration and absorption are great, and it suits my skin well. Probably due to the high concentration of propolis, the price point is a bit steep. It would be nice if they offered sample giveaways, special events, or discount promotions. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 12, 2017
I got this moisturizer recommended at the store. I've always been interested in propolis products, and since I have oily skin, I bought the gel type. It seemed to work fine for me. After checking Hwahae, I realized it has good ingredients. 1. As someone with oily skin, I prefer gel-type moisturizers with intense hydration and no oiliness. This one has more of a rich feel than I expected, though it's still better than cream types. 2. It's too expensive for me to consider repurchasing. 3. I didn't notice any significant changes in my skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 30, 2017
It's great for winter, doesn't cause any reactions, and is gentle on the skin. The product absorbs really well too. It can feel a bit rich sometimes, so I probably won't use it outside of winter. My skin is on the oily side. - fh***Combination SkinAcne SkinApr 28, 2017
I have oily skin that lacks hydration and is sensitive, but this product doesn't cause any blemishes. In winter, it's light enough to use on its own, though I layered it with a serum. The gel texture makes it perfect for a light application in summer too. It doesn't absorb quickly and tends to sit on the skin. It seems to take a while to fully sink in... It works well when used together with a serum. If you buy it when it's on sale on social media, you're killing two birds with one stone! - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 17, 2017
I went to Olive Young and asked the staff to recommend a safe, basic cream. They suggested this one, so I bought it. It's exactly as described - just basic. Since I don't have any particular skin concerns, I tend to use simple products. This cream didn't cause any breakouts or dryness. However, I didn't notice any significant improvements either. It's more for maintaining the status quo? It doesn't really enhance anything. - ci******Combination SkinSensitive SkinMar 2, 2017
This is my go-to moisturizer these days! It's so hydrating and absorbs beautifully, which is why I keep using it. Plus, it's almost free of any harmful ingredients, so I consider it my holy grail product. I love how it feels when I apply it - it's soft and seems to melt right into my skin. It's incredibly moisturizing, so I use it as my hydration step and then layer a bit of nourishing cream on top to balance my skin's oil and moisture. My skin type is somewhere between oily and dry, and I have super sensitive skin, so I'm usually quite picky about what I put on my face. But this cream is truly non-irritating. In fact, when I have blemishes, applying a generous amount actually seems to calm them down. I even recommended it to my sister who has acne-prone, sensitive skin, and she's been using it without any issues. If you have troubled skin, I highly recommend giving this a try without hesitation! The only downside is that the amount is too small, which is frustrating. Each container only holds 50ml. It's better to buy two at a time. The formula is quite runny, so it goes quickly. For someone like me who likes to apply moisturizer generously, the amount is always disappointing. When you have blemishes or your skin feels particularly dry, try applying a thick layer before bed. You might notice that by the next morning, your skin feels calmer and more hydrated. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 10, 2017
When applied, you can feel your skin becoming deeply hydrated. Some creams leave a greasy surface while causing deep dryness, but this one doesn't have that issue at all, which is fantastic. If I had to pick something to improve, it might be the price. But I bought it on sale to try it out, loved it, and quickly stocked up on more. You can get it at a reasonable price when it's on sale at Watson's - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 14, 2016
As someone with sensitive skin, I'm pleased to report no blemishes appeared while using this. The hydration is excellent, making it perfect for my sensitive, combination dehydrated skin. While I don't have any specific complaints, the quantity seems a bit small. You need to use quite a bit for each application. I apply an extra layer to dry areas after the initial application. - ak****Dry SkinSensitive SkinNov 3, 2016
It absorbs well and leaves the skin feeling hydrated. It doesn't make your skin feel dry. Propolis might not suit everyone, so make sure to patch test before purchasing. For even better results, try using it with the propolis ampoule from Isntree.
