Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopic SkinJun 7, 2017• Among the eyeshadows I've tried, this one has an application as smooth as MAC's. • While I didn't apply the 'Silence' shade all over, it's perfect as an eyeliner with beautiful color payoff. • It's quite pricey for an eyeshadow. It's best to buy during a buy-one-get-one-free sale to get your money's worth. • I tried applying it all over once, but... I probably won't do that again. If you use something like an eyeshadow primer with this, it becomes too stiff. It's not a creamy type, unfortunately.
