I recommend using this more in fall and winter rather than summer! The reason being it's a bit rich in texture. For those sweaty summer days, it might be a bit much. If you have some powder, I suggest applying a generous amount of that before heading out! As mentioned above, it's not ideal for summer use as it can cause makeup to pill and gives quite a glow! However, I highly recommend it for fall and winter! For reference, I have combination dehydrated skin and tend to sweat a lot! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 24, 2019
The coverage is great and it feels so moisturizing. I love that it lasts well without significant darkening. It really seems like an excellent cushion foundation. It tends to separate slightly and pill a bit, so I wouldn't recommend it to those who dislike that kind of texture issue. I found that applying a hydrating base and spraying some setting spray on the puff helps improve longevity and prevents pilling. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 24, 2019
It provides decent coverage and has a nice level of hydration. It works well for my naturally bright complexion, especially the Water Vanilla shade. It's just okay. In summer, it feels too hydrating, so it's not great without powder. While the coverage is good, the high moisture content makes it less adherent to the skin and it easily rubs off. Using a finishing powder helps improve its performance. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 12, 2018
Incredibly moisturizing and perfect for winter use. It absorbs well on the skin. It causes pilling with shading or blush and other makeup products. My makeup always seems to separate on top of this, unfortunately. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMay 27, 2018
The cushion compact has been revamped with an LED mirror - it lights up when you open it! It's perfect for applying makeup. The formula is moisturizing and has excellent coverage. Plus, the fragrance is absolutely divine - just the scent I adore! The foundation might not adhere perfectly to the skin. Due to its lack of adherence, you need to pat it in quite a bit. Otherwise, the makeup tends to transfer easily. Control the amount carefully! Apply too much and you might end up looking like you have a mask on. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 24, 2018
It seems great for touch-ups. It matches well with Korean skin tones and feels hydrating. If you apply it right after your emulsion when first doing your makeup, it tends to pill a bit. It seems best suited just for touch-ups. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 4, 2018
When first applied, it gives a nice subtle glow and goes on beautifully. It's not an intense dewy look, but even for someone like me who doesn't particularly like shine, it's pretty without being overwhelming. I still set it with powder though... Touch-ups are absolutely impossible! It pills like crazy! It becomes incredibly thick! I wouldn't recommend buying this if you're planning on touching up throughout the day... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 19, 2016
Compared to other products, this does seem to be more moisturizing... Over time, it seems to get oily, and the oiliness causes my makeup to break down and crumble. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 26, 2016
The color has become brighter than the Laneige Moisture (white case)!! You can get a moisturizing but not too thick coverage. They say the collagen in their in-house cream is equivalent to 2000 capsules. It's said to help with elasticity, and I feel good using it. The 5-layered puff makes it feel a bit cleaner~ There's not really anything bad, but if I had to pick something, it's that over time it can crumble a bit and look slightly uneven!! The built-in 5-layered puff means the coverage can be a bit weak. If the makeup starts to break down, you can dab some toner or the like on a cotton pad and wipe it off, then reapply the Laneige to bring it back to normal!! Using a different puff (like the one from Etude House) instead of the built-in one seems to boost the coverage~#
