Due to the container design, you have to flip it over when it's almost empty, and there's a slight stiffness to the hair that makes it good to use a conditioner afterwards.

I had seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp, with acne and scabs. But after using this product, my hair falls out less and I have fewer breakouts. It's a gel-type, so it seems to have more moisture than oil. When I apply it to my scalp, it feels refreshing. The scent is also cooling, and I feel revitalized after rinsing it off. I used to use a mildly acidic shampoo, but my hair would get oily and smelly by the evening after washing in the morning. With this product, I can wash my hair in the evening and it lasts until the next evening.

The packaging makes it hard to control the amount. Ugh...

If you thoroughly wet the hair with water first and then work up the lather in your hands before applying it to the scalp, you can use a smaller amount of shampoo.
