I started searching for gentle ingredients and stumbled upon this cleanser through recommendations. It contains ingredients said to help with blemishes, and I noticed fewer breakouts despite other unfavorable environmental factors at the time. I'm now on my second bottle, nearly empty. While I haven't analyzed the ingredients in detail, I find it suitable as long as it doesn't irritate my eyes. The thin gel texture is pleasant and not heavy. The pump packaging is convenient, and its cleansing effectiveness is decent for its consistency (though I don't wear makeup, so that might affect my perception). There's minimal tightness after cleansing too.
ConsWhile the cleansing effectiveness is decent for its consistency, it's not exceptional. I occasionally notice it doesn't thoroughly remove impurities between my nose and cheeks. Recently, as I've been battling excessive oil production and small bumps, and my nose bridge has become crater-like from fighting sebum, I'm not feeling significant benefits from this product and am looking for alternatives.

First, the pros and cons are so pronounced that I'm not sure how many stars to give it! But I'm using it focusing only on the pros, so I'll give it 5 stars! First, the pros are that it's gentle. I haven't experienced any troubles using this product. My skin is very sensitive, and even the slightest change causes inflammatory acne to appear within a few hours. And I'm using the same line's Cicaplast Baume as a cream, so it seems to work even better. Also.. After cleansing, my face feels moisturized ㅎㅎ It has a soft, supple feel to it.
ConsNow for the cons! As it's mildly acidic, the cleansing power is lacking ㅠ I usually use this product in the morning and charcoal soap in the evening, but after using this product alone for a few days, I've had inflammatory acne. The lack of cleansing power seems to allow buildup of things like dead skin cells and sebum. So if you want to use this product alone, I really recommend doing a second cleanse. Even those who only apply sunscreen need to do a second cleanse, as the cleansing power is quite weak.
TipAs mentioned in the cons, the low cleansing power means you really need to do a second cleanse. I use this product in the morning and charcoal soap in the evening. As those who've tried it know, charcoal soap has incredible cleansing power and is great for controlling sebum. But the strong cleansing also means the skin can feel a bit dry, so I use a lighter basic routine in the morning without even applying sunscreen, just using this product. Overall, it's gentle, so it's worth trying it out.
