The glow is subtle and not excessive, so it doesn't make your skin look greasy or overly shimmery. The glow is so subtle that it looks good right after application, but then it fades away. The puff is really terrible... When you apply with the puff, it takes forever to finish your makeup. It doesn't apply evenly, so you have to keep patting, and the glow disappears. You definitely need to replace the puff with something else. I used a damp cushion puff from Olive Young with some mist, and it made the skin look much smoother and better. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 10, 2018
It seems decent for dry skin, but I wouldn't recommend it for extremely dry skin. The coverage is really... non-existent, but I liked how natural it looked. The puff is... really subpar. If they just replaced it with a high-quality puff, this could truly become a holy grail product. - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 22, 2018
It's great for dry skin, keeping it moisturized. While there's a slight floating feeling, it's much less noticeable compared to other cushions. There's a bit of a floating sensation, and the cushion puff isn't the best, unfortunately. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 15, 2018
First off, I love how lightweight it feels on the skin! As someone who dislikes heavy coverage, I appreciate how this product adheres lightly to the skin. It's also wonderfully hydrating, so there's no dryness or flaking. I absolutely adore how moisturizing it is, and it doesn't cling to my nose area. It seems to enhance the natural beauty of my skin. Since it doesn't offer much coverage, it's perfect for those without blemishes or marks who want a natural look. The puff applicator leaves a lot to be desired. I think I may have chosen the wrong shade as it seems a bit dark for my complexion. It doesn't really give me that brightening effect I was hoping for. It just seems to make my skin look better overall without actually evening out my skin tone. As expected, it doesn't provide much coverage... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinNov 22, 2017
The mesh net design definitely has the advantage of evenly distributing the product, and the best part was the adherence! It really made my skin look as good as my natural skin, which I loved. The biggest perk of buying this product was the pretty case👍❤ I'd recommend this to dry skin types. If you're looking for heavy coverage, I wouldn't recommend this... It has almost no coverage at all. Maybe it's because I'm used to wearing high-coverage products, but the coverage was lacking, and the puff felt too thin. The most disappointing part was how much it transfers... Just lightly tapping with your fingers leaves marks that wipe off, and a lot of dust gets picked up on the face. Compared to its nickname of 'Morning Glow Cushion', I didn't really feel like it gave that much of a glow either. The longevity is also not great.. ☝ Be sure to apply and then powder the outer areas of your face! ✌ This is a great product that I strongly recommend for dry skin types!🤗 - Hwahae UserCombination SkinOct 2, 2017
The good thing is that it feels really moisturizing. Hmm, I guess it just fits my skin really well? And the variety of skin tones was great too. Ah, I think it's not so good for oily skin types, and when using the puff, it feels a bit sticky, but not really a cling-y feeling? And later on, it starts to look a bit greyish, and the shade is a bit darker than 21. As a tip, I'd recommend not using the puff that comes with the product, and instead using a brush to apply it - it really applies so much better that way! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinSep 8, 2017
First of all, I don't really have any blemishes or anything like that. At most, just some freckles? So, rather than a stuffy base, I ended up finding something a bit more comfortable.ㅋㅋㅋ Seeing my face become radiant and sparkling, I felt good about it. It has a subtle pearly finish, so I strongly recommend it to those who like a slightly glowy makeup look. The built-in puff is terrible, so if possible, use a brush? Apply it with a brush. The brush can reach the pores better. Carrying it around for touch-ups is convenient. I originally used a BB cream, but completely switched over to this cushion. The radiance when first applied is unbeatable compared to other cushions. Redness or anything like that is not well covered. I think it's comfortable to think of it as evening out the overall skin tone. It's not too oily, so I think it's good for oily skin types as well. The built-in puff is just terrible. I don't know if I'm applying it or the puff is applying it I can't understand it. Throw away the puff and buy an Etude House toothbrush brush to gently apply it. The darkening is a bit severe. After looking in the mirror three hours later, I was shocked, like 'Whoa, is this my face? It's completely black!' Never use it if you're planning to have your makeup on for a long time ㅠㅠ The foundation is the bomb. Buy an Etude House toothbrush brush and apply it. It's good. It's really good. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAug 12, 2017
When I bought it during the sale, I could see that my skin looked brighter when I applied it. It's not that it looks artificially brightened by being applied thickly, but rather it gives a glow from within the skin itself. The name 'Morning Glow' seems to suit it well. After applying it a few times, it became difficult to apply. When I layered it, it felt strangely sticky. The coverage was quite poor, so I ended up having to keep layering it. And it also seemed to slip around a bit. On my skin, it caused quite a bit of darkening. The area around my nose became completely broken down, making my original skin look dull. It also settled into the creases around my eyes. And above all, the puff was not very good. It would be better to apply it with a brush or a different puff. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 2, 2017
It seems different from the previous products, so I bought it. It has a unique feel and is affordable like Etude House. I was tempted by the Marvel character in the ad and bought it^^;; I've been using it once in a while whenever I think of it, and it feels moisturizing when applied. The case is cute. The application was moderate, and the coverage was about average. Personally, I found the brush that came as a gift more thorough in application than the puff. First, the new filter... sank to the bottom as I used it, so it was inconvenient to use the puff later. And when using the puff, it didn't cover the pores well, rather accentuating them, so I had to apply it with a brush on the nose bridge and nose wing area. And when I scratched it with my hand after applying, it felt flaky. I don't like a dewy look, and this has a bit of a sticky feel, though not overly shiny. It's just a cheap price kind of product. I haven't found a single makeup item that I really like for going out so far, so it's been hard to find a holy grail product. It seems like a cheap and usable product for young friends in their early 20s with no visible pores and a fluffy finish. The tip is to use a brush to apply it. It's better to apply a lot with a brush first and then dab with a puff to spread out any brush strokes. That way, the coverage becomes better and it applies more smoothly. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJul 9, 2017
★I won the Hwahae Box (I think I used it for about three months)★ First of all, I'm speaking from the bottom of my heart, it's a life-changing product. Honestly, after my skin became a mess due to the Etude House oil night cream (expletive), I experienced a decline in my trust and desire to purchase Etude House base makeup. But somehow, I received Hwahae products and after much deliberation, I opened and tried them... Wow? It was good... Seriously, it's so, so, so good - it's so moisturizing. The one I received was the Petal 21 Pink Beige, and even though it was Pink Beige, I didn't even know it was Pink Beige. It's fine to apply on my flushed skin. And since it's a cream filter, there's a mesh, so it applies evenly. I felt so happy that I didn't need to use the cushion application technique that Doneun told me about. Hmm, and as for the powder, I still haven't found the right combination. Coverage: It slightly covers the reddish spots on my nose (to the point where I don't need a concealer) Acne: *shakes head* Adhesion: ★★★ Application: ★★★★★ Transfer: ★★★★★ Since I have dry skin that lacks oil, even after applying this, the area around my lips still gets flaky. Haha, the lip area seems to be an issue that can't be solved... It seems like only lip balm in English can resolve this issue. Seriously, the lip area... (*shakes head*) It's a shame that it transfers too much. The amount that comes out is too much.. So the puff gets dirty, the mirror gets dirty, and the case is made of some kind of shiny material? So a lot of foreign matter sticks to it. I have to wipe it like cleaning glasses! (I don't usually do this) Be sure to powder the area around your lips, it doesn't wear off much. In the summer, it's a must to powder that area if you use this... 😘 You're right, I can't use Etude House without powder. No matter how much it fades, it's just... Hmm, I can't forget the oil night cream, but I won't talk about it anymore, yes... I'm not anti-Etude House, just a sudden realization. (*panics*) I was just so disappointed with my brother's stick foundation, and it's a shame that Etude House still makes such good base products... (?) No, it's just the fact that I have to buy this again... (because I like it) Okay, shall we stop hating on Etude House now? Except for the oil night cream, their products are of good quality, but the oil night cream really messed up my skin... The scars are still there, ugh... Anyway, everyone, be careful with exfoliating products (since I have dry skin lacking oil) and oil night creams (acne). It's a life-changing tip for me (I wish I had learned this sooner)... (a tip I created myself) (I feel like I always write this in my recent Etude House reviews, but I'll emphasize it again - if you want to use an oil night cream, be sure to test it first...) (The stick foundation was also too drying...) Anyway, my liking for Etude House is improving now! ⊙◇⊙ (about this level of liking)
