I've been using Mamonde lip products so much! They're totally worth the hype. There wasn't really anything to complain about. The packaging is stylish too. Good stuff! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 22, 2020
The color is unique and truly beautiful, falling into the 'my lips but better' (MLBB) category The lipstick has a rounded tip, which unfortunately tends to smudge around the lip line - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 10, 2019
1. It applies incredibly smoothly!! 2. Hardly any emphasis on dead skin cells! Even when applied directly over flaky areas, it covers them without flaking off. 3. It's not drying at all. While it looks semi-matte, it doesn't dry out your lips!! 4. The epitome of MLBB! Perfect for both a natural look and autumn vibes!! 5. The color retention is pretty good! Some products completely disappear after a few sips of a drink, but this one doesn't completely fade away, though it's not as long-lasting as a tint. I didn't have any issues, but on days when my skin looks a bit dull and lifeless, it doesn't work as well as usual. On those days, try adding a red gradient on the inner part of your lips for a lively autumn look! The first swatch shows only Mamonde For You, and the second swatch has Etude House Swag Vivid Red layered on top! Due to different lighting, the photo emphasizes the other product more than For You, but personally, I find this combination to be foolproof!! - jh*****Dry SkinAcne SkinAug 30, 2019
The color is subtle yet lively, making it a go-to choice. It's perfect for wearing to the office. As for downsides... there aren't really any. Though it's a bit disappointing that Park Shin-hye's signature is only on the early release cases. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedJul 23, 2019
The texture is incredibly smooth with ultra-fine particles. It glides on effortlessly and has great staying power. It's a perfect MLBB (My Lips But Better) shade for daily wear, so it's not overwhelming at all. The only downside is that it's definitely a bit pricier compared to recent drugstore offerings. I recommend applying it with gentle tapping motions. Since this lipstick goes on so smoothly, if you swipe it on, you might end up applying too much product. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedFeb 5, 2019
As someone with a warm undertone and a complexion that leans towards orange and brown, I've struggled to find lip colors that work for me. Even muted rose shades like 'For You' were off-limits. But this color? It's a game-changer! The pigmentation is gorgeous, and I'm using it all the time now. It's perfect for school - just dab it on lightly, and it looks so pretty. Even the teachers don't mind! I'm absolutely in love with it. You can even use it as a blush, and the color blends seamlessly. It's truly, truly beautiful! The price feels a bit steep for what it offers. I'd recommend waiting for a sale or registering for an Aritaum card to get a discount before purchasing. While the application is smooth and nice, it can really emphasize dry, flaky skin. It's not particularly matte, but as time passes, it might wear off unattractively or make dead skin cells more noticeable, so be careful! When you're applying it, you might also feel a slightly oily texture. To get the best deal, try to buy it during a sale or use an Aritaum card to reduce the price. I managed to snag two for just 20,000 won by registering for the card! It's a beautiful color whether you use it as a base or on its own. Just remember what I mentioned earlier about being careful with dead skin cells! - ke****Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedDec 12, 2018
I bought this during a sale and it turns out to be the most popular shade in this line! The application is smooth and glides on effortlessly. It's not too matte, so it doesn't dry out my lips. This lipstick matches my natural lip color perfectly for my 21 shade skin tone. It's great for those times when I need to rush out with a bare face - just applying this evens out my lip tone and looks like my natural lips but better. I can't think of any downsides! I thought I got a good deal buying it on sale, but I realized the amount you get for the price is a bit small. - i9******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedNov 23, 2018
I've been buying six of these in different colors for years now. It's the first lipstick in my life that I've used up completely, hehe. It applies smoothly and seems to stay put even after eating. My lips tend to be on the dry side, so I mix it with lip balm. The application is so good that it blends naturally even when layered over lip balm. It's matte but still has a slightly moisturizing feel. I have super sensitive skin and occasionally get cold sores on my lips, but since using this lipstick, I haven't had any outbreaks. When I use MAC, I get cold sores right away... The color is sort of a brick shade? For me, it's the perfect MLBB (My Lips But Better). I have dark skin, and this is a perfect match! If there's one thing I could improve, it would be the packaging design...? I wish they'd make it look a bit more luxurious... This is a must-have when it's on sale! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedOct 25, 2018
The way it absorbs is fantastic above all else. There's no emphasis on dead skin cells, it's neither matte nor overly moisturizing - just a perfectly balanced lipstick. If you're a fan of the 'my lips but better' look, you absolutely must buy this! The staying power seems a bit disappointing. But then again, that's somewhat unavoidable with lipsticks. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 13, 2018
1. Smooth application - It glides on incredibly smoothly with minimal emphasis on dead skin cells. Considering I haven't exfoliated recently, it's remarkable how little it shows. 2. Dried rose color - I first saw this lipstick online, not in-store, and hoped it would be a dried rose shade. When I bought it, it turned out to be exactly the color I had in mind. It's great as a subtle base layer when applying multiple shades. 3. Matte finish - As expected from a lipstick, it's not sticky and has a beautiful matte finish. 1. Overly toned-down color - When applied heavily, the color can appear too muted, giving a somewhat dark look. While I was initially looking for this effect, it might be a bit too toned down. 2. Low staying power - It disappears as soon as you eat or drink anything. This is its biggest drawback, unfortunately. It fades quickly after a short time. Unlike other lipsticks that leave at least a trace, this one vanishes completely. Try patting it on gently! This prevents it from looking too harsh and allows for a more natural color payoff. I have a cream blush in a similar shade, so when I'm traveling or going on a trip, I use this as a blush substitute. Just remember to control the amount carefully! If you apply it with a light hand, it gives a beautifully delicate look.
