There is a slight color difference between the Marsala and Cordovan shades, but they are quite similar! The longevity could be a bit better.

1. Good application I just swiped it on the back of my hand without any other product, and the lipstick color went on smoothly. I've only used MAC's drying formulas, so this was a nice change. 2. Unique color 3. Distinctive packaging
Cons
1. Not really any downsides yet. The color is distinctive, but it may be too bold to wear daily.
Tip
You could apply this over another lipstick or use it on its own for a gradient effect, and it would still look nice. The image on the left is MAC Amplified, and the one on the right is MAC Marsala.
