I recommend using Missha 5-layer cotton pads to wipe off makeup, followed by a final cleanse with COSRX Green Hero Calming Pad. Then, finish with a low pH cleansing foam for best results.

It seems this cleansing water hasn't been imported to Korea for a few years now. (The 200ml size used to be always available at Olive Young, but now I can't find it anywhere, so I always buy the 400ml size through group orders.) What bothers me is that when I used to buy the 200ml size in Korea, it was somewhat sealed as you had to remove the plastic wrap to open the product. However, the products I receive through direct purchase have no seal at all. At most, they just have tape around the pump to prevent it from being pressed during shipping. I wish the product itself had a proper seal, as the current situation makes me uneasy.

I've been using this product consistently since 2012. Before that, I used Shu Uemura cleansing oil to remove my makeup. However, after experiencing a skin flare-up, my dermatologist recommended switching to a water-based cleanser instead of oil, especially for blemish-prone skin. At Olive Young, I chose Vichy among the many derma brands available. I've tried Bioderma as well, but Vichy works much better for me. Not only is its cleansing effectiveness great, but it also feels soothing when I wipe off my makeup.

I've tried oil, cream, and foam cleansing types, but the water-based formula works best for my skin with the least irritation. I've also used Bioderma, but I prefer Vichy. There's a noticeable difference in its ability to remove dead skin cells. It also has a soothing effect on my super sensitive skin and has significantly improved my redness. I've been using it for years and absolutely love it!

The main drawback is the price... However, if you buy it directly from overseas, it's more than half the price compared to Korea.

To be honest, I really don't recommend this product line. I bought and used the cleansing water and cleansing milk together, but my acne really worsened. After using it, I felt very slippery and oily. Even though I used the cleansing water, it made me feel like I needed to wash my face one more time, whether with a cleansing foam or oil.

The cleansing water has multiple functions. It really removed my eye makeup and lipstick very well!

I love that I can use it without worrying about trouble. Even for my skin, which can get troubled if I don't choose the right cleanser, I haven't had to change this one since I started using it 2 years ago. It feels moisturizing and doesn't leave an oily residue.

If your skin is sensitive, you really need to be careful in choosing the cotton pads you use for wiping. Using rough cotton pads can further irritate the skin. And don't be stingy - use enough to thoroughly cleanse your face, being too frugal can end up irritating the skin even more!

Ugh, it's too expensive... I think I use about one and a half bottles per month, and it's just too much of a burden... So I was thinking of trying Garnier since it has similar ingredients.

My skin is really sensitive, but I think I used it well.
I do makeup with foundation, and it seems to have removed everything completely and gently, so my skin feels comfortable and doesn't have any issues. After using it, I always did a second cleanse with a foaming cleanser or enzyme powder, depending on my skin's condition that day, or at least rinsed it with water.
