I use the Missha 5-ply cotton pads to wipe it off, and then go over it one more time with the COSRX Green Pads before washing my face with a mild cleansing foam.

It seems this cleansing water has not been imported to Korea for a few years now. (The 200ml size was always available at Olive Young, but now I can only find the 400ml size through group purchases...)
What's bothering me is that when I bought the 200ml size in Korea, the product had a seal that I had to tear open to access the item, so it felt more secure. But the ones I order directly have no seal at all - the only thing keeping it closed is just some tape wrapped around the pump to prevent it from being pressed during shipping.

I've been using this product since exactly 2012 up until now.
Before that, I used Shu Uemura cleansing oil to remove my makeup.
But after my skin flipped once, the dermatologist recommended using a water-based type instead of oil (especially for troubled skin!).
I went to Olive Young and chose Vichy among many derma brands, and later tried Bioderma as well, but Vichy worked much better for me.
The cleansing power is great, and after wiping off the makeup, my skin feels more soothed.

I've tried using oil, cream, and foaming cleansers, but the water-based type is the least irritating and works best for my skin. I've also tried Bioderma, but I found Vichy to be better. The exfoliating power is noticeably different. It also calms my highly sensitive skin and significantly reduces redness. I've been using it for years and it works wonderfully ^^

It's quite expensive... that's the main downside.. but if you buy it directly, it's more than half the price of the Korean version.

To be honest, I really don't recommend this product line. I bought and used the cleansing water and cleansing milk together, but my acne really worsened. After using it, I felt very slippery and oily. Even though I used the cleansing water, it made me feel like I needed to wash my face one more time, whether with a cleansing foam or oil.

The cleansing water has multiple functions. It really removed my eye makeup and lipstick very well!

I love that I can use it without worrying about trouble. Even for my skin, which can get troubled if I don't choose the right cleanser, I haven't had to change this one since I started using it 2 years ago. It feels moisturizing and doesn't leave an oily residue.

If your skin is sensitive, you really need to be careful in choosing the cotton pads you use for wiping. Using rough cotton pads can further irritate the skin. And don't be stingy - use enough to thoroughly cleanse your face, being too frugal can end up irritating the skin even more!

Ugh, it's too expensive... I think I use about one and a half bottles per month, and it's just too much of a burden... So I was thinking of trying Garnier since it has similar ingredients.

My skin is really sensitive, but I think I used it well.
I do makeup with foundation, and it seems to have removed everything completely and gently, so my skin feels comfortable and doesn't have any issues. After using it, I always did a second cleanse with a foaming cleanser or enzyme powder, depending on my skin's condition that day, or at least rinsed it with water.

I have normal/combination skin, and cleansing products don't really depend on skin type, but this one removes makeup really well and doesn't sting my eyes when removing eye makeup.
I've tried various imported H2O remover products, but they would sting my eyes. I don't have that issue with this product, so I'm going back to using it~
