  A review from someone who's spent $2000 at Sidmool - my honest opinion: As a Sidmool fan, you can't miss their famous Barrier Mask Pack... I actually came to write a review for the Barrier Essence, which is the essence version of the Barrier Mask Pack, but it's not updated yet. So, I'm writing about the face mask instead. The texture is neither too light nor too heavy, and it's packed with essence - I mean really packed! True to its name 'Barrier Strengthening' face mask, it makes your skin feel firm and resilient. It doesn't cause any blemishes, significantly reduces redness, and you can feel the hydration penetrating deep into your skin. I'm not a fan of face masks generally, but when I do use one, it's always Sidmool's Barrier Mask Pack - the effects are that amazing. It's my top pick out of all the face masks I've ever tried. However, being too lazy to use it regularly, I was disappointed until Sidmool released their new Barrier Essence. Now I use the essence daily. Both products are absolutely fantastic!

  Cons

  There's nothing to complain about... The only disappointment is that I can't leave a review for the Barrier Essence (the essence version of Sidmool's Barrier Mask Pack) because it hasn't been updated yet.

  Tip

  For extra moisture, apply your toner generously before using the face mask.

  Pros

  As someone with seborrheic dermatitis, I often get flaky skin and small blemishes on my face. When I use this mask before bed, it deeply hydrates my skin and makes those pesky blemishes disappear! It's truly my holy grail mask!! Interestingly, I tried the panthenol ampoule and cream from Sidmool after this, but they didn't work as well for me...? However, this mask is just perfect for my skin. I must have used over 50 of these by now... It's the best!

  Cons

  The mask is around $2, which feels a bit pricey...? That's the only downside I can think of.

  This mask is truly amazing for calming irritated, dry, and sensitive skin that's acting up! With winter here, my skin suddenly became red, itchy, and prone to blemishes. I tried various blemish treatments, but they only made my skin drier and more irritated. Then I tried this mask, and wow - the results were instant! Turns out my blemishes were due to a weakened skin barrier! The redness and itchiness subsided significantly. It felt like it deeply replenished both oil and moisture balance, making my skin plump and comfortable again! I initially bought just two sheets, worried about potential reactions. But I immediately placed a bulk order after seeing how well it worked!

  The effects were so impressive that I honestly can't think of any downsides.

  Pros

  When my skin breaks out or suddenly flares up, I always reach for the Sidmool Barrier Mask Pack! It's incredible how it calms my skin down in just a day or two, leaving it brighter and more hydrated. I've lost count of how many I've used - that's how much I rely on this product when my skin isn't at its best! I highly recommend it!

  Cons

  I haven't found any downsides while using this product. Some might think 2,000 won is expensive, but once you use it, that thought will vanish! I'll definitely keep using it in the future.

  Tip

  There's plenty of essence left in the pack, so after using the mask, I save the remaining essence in a small container. It's fantastic to apply this essence after your regular skincare routine for an extra boost of hydration.

  It definitely lives up to its price tag - it's really effective for soothing the skin. I had a few deep, painful blemishes filled with pus, though I'm not sure what caused them. After using this mask twice, the blemishes have almost completely subsided and my overall skin texture has become smoother. It felt great when washing my face. I'll definitely repurchase.

  There's nothing disappointing about the mask's performance itself. If anything, the price might be a bit steep for daily use...

  As someone with combination skin, I've noticed my skin getting drier and my oil-moisture balance thrown off as the weather turns chilly. This has led to more small bumps appearing, so I've started a daily mask routine. This mask has been great - it's so hydrating that it's helped balance my skin's oil and moisture levels, and my blemishes have significantly reduced. I love that it's free from harmful ingredients, so I can use it daily without worrying about irritation. The amount of essence in each mask is just right, and the thin sheet adheres well to the skin for better absorption.

  Impressive soothing power that even shrinks pustular acne. Among all the sheet masks I've tried, this one has the best oil and moisture balance. I always keep 30 sheets on hand and use them regularly.

  Cons

  There's nothing particularly disappointing about this product. My skin isn't particularly sensitive, so I didn't find the sheet uncomfortable, and it contains plenty of essence.

  Tip

  My daily routine: cleansing - mask - regenerating cream - zinc cream. It's been incredibly effective for my pustular acne. I've seen better results with this than from expensive aesthetic treatments I've had.

  This is absolutely amazing! Out of all the face masks I've tried, this one provides instant soothing effects! My skin was itchy and red due to blemishes, but when I applied this product, there was no stinging sensation. After removing it, I could see my skin was noticeably calmed. This is a product I purchased myself. Interestingly, I received a polysaccharide mask as a free sample with this purchase, but that one made my skin even redder - it was a disaster! The difference between these two products was like night and day!

  There's nothing to dislike about this product. It's better than any other face mask I've used. I'll definitely be repurchasing!
