It's a shame about the price... but the essence quantity is really a lot, so if you think about using it twice, it's a bargain.

The product I bought when I was really struggling with dehydration! The essence amount is generous so I can use it twice by putting it in a gauze mask. Haha. After using it, the dehydration is relieved and my skin barrier seems to become stronger, so I'm really happy with it. Highly recommended!!!!

As a Sidmool fan, you must know about the Barrier Mask Pack. I actually came here to write a review of the Barrier Essence, the essence version of the Barrier Mask Pack, but it hasn't been updated yet, so I'm writing about the mask pack instead.
It has a texture that's not too light or too heavy. The essence inside is really, really abundant. 
As the name 'Barrier Strengthening' mask pack suggests, it makes my skin firmer and more resilient.
It doesn't cause any breakouts, significantly reduces redness, and deeply hydrates my skin.
I really dislike doing face masks, but I always reach for the Sidmool Barrier Mask Pack when I do them, as the effects are amazing. It's my number one choice among all the masks I've tried.
However, since I'm too lazy to do them regularly, I'm disappointed. But now that Sidmool has released the Barrier Essence, I've been using that daily instead.
Both products are great.

If used too often, it can turn the skin inside out, so it's not recommended as a daily pack.

It was helpful when the barrier was down.

Using it occasionally rather than too often was better.

It's so great. I guess the panthenol really suits me haha. I realized it after using this product. After masking and calming the next day, my makeup really absorbs well.. And the sheet isn't too thin, but it's soft and adheres well.

I always use it the day before when I think the moisture barrier is a bit damaged. When I wake up in the morning, my skin is hydrated and supple. Even when I had acne-prone skin, it didn't cause major irritation.

It's a bit sticky, but it's fine if you absorb it enough.

After using a sheet mask, if you apply ampoules or creams that 'float' on the skin, they can sometimes pill. So if that happens, you can try switching the order - use the ampoule first, then the sheet mask. That way, your skin will stay moisturized too!

After fully absorbing, this alone didn't solve the dryness issue! So I sprayed the Sacaro mist afterwards, and it became non-drying and moisturized!
And after using this, when I used the Sacaro ampoule, it pilled a bit;
I'm not sure about other ampoules, but ampoules that 'float' on the skin like the Sacaro one can sometimes pill.

First of all, the sheet had excellent adhesion, and the sheet mask was so soft and gentle with zero irritation!
When you put it on, it feels cool and moisturizing!
And when you pat it in with your hands, it absorbs so smoothly and leaves a soft, fluffy finish! This is the best part for me!
Some masks are so sticky after absorption, but this one just feels soft and supple!
